I was a little upset because I had to wait almost 2 months for this package to arrive at my house. Something happened with the shipping label with UPS and they returned to sender. Once I contacted the company and let them know what happened they sent another out as soon as they could. My positive feedback is that I have received it now and am loving every minute of it!! This machine is amazing and they were very helpful when I let them know that I had not received my package yet. Thank you Creality for a great product!!

Bought a Ender 3 V2 and the very first print was perfect. This printer is easy to use and assemble, along with excellent print quality every time.

This is my second Creality printer; I own a Ender 3 Pro. I received a new CR-6 SE printer last week. I assembled it in little time, and it printed perfectly out of the box.
It is so quiet, love the leveling bed, the screen, and the extruder mechanism!
SO very pleased!

I got a Ender5 Pro after years of wanting a 3D printer. Very easy to setup. My extrusion clamp came damaged but customer support helped get me a new one really quickly. I've never been so happy for a company's support to help clearly and quickly.

I had purchased two BLTouches for my Ender 6 printer. When I got my BLTouches they weren’t working properly. I spoke with some extremely kind customer service representatives who instructed me on what to do to show them my problem. Based on my picture and video demonstrations they came up with a solution which worked perfectly. They sent me new cables to replace the shorter cable that comes with the BLTouch and the sent me a CRTouch as a replacement. Upon receiving their fix, I installed the new device and it works like a charm. I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with the Creality team to solve my problem. They were extremely responsive and extremely helpful. They definitely have a lifelong customer in me. Thank you Creality team ans customer service! You’re all amazing!

I pre-purchased a printer on creality3d.shop. It wasn't due to shop for another 10 weeks. Creality's policy is to refund as long as it hasn't shipped. I decided that that was too long for me to wait so I requested a cancelation. Keep in mind that their customer service is in China so it took at least 24 hours turn around to commit amd get a response. I had to request the cancelation, etc. at least 6 times. The first time I received no response in 3 days. The second time, the response was, are you sure, how can we change your mind? The third time the response was that it would take 5 - 7 business days for them to notify PayPal of the cancelation. I told them that that was way too long and if they couldn't shorten it up considerably, I would have to open a dispute with PayPal. The fifth response was that they would NOT issue a refund until I closed the non-existant PayPal dispute. Of course, my only way to get a refund now is to open a PayPal dispute. Creality cares desperately about money and will harm customers and relationships to keep money that doesn't belong to them.

I am new to 3d printing and I bought an ender3 a month ago. Its a fun little hobby and the machine has taught me a lot. I haven't ran into any issues on this machine so i decided to go for the big CR10S5.
The day came when I pulled that trigger button and ordered the CR10S5. immediately i received an email stating that they received my order and it'll take approximately 7-10 days for me to receive my product. I was a bit worried as there hasn't been any updates for three days. I then sent an e-mail to their customer support and a few hours later i received an update. They were putting my product together and soon as they're done testing it, i will get another notification. 3 days after i received the notification and that the product is on its way.
Eagerly awaiting, I watched a few videos on set up and operation of the CR10S5, it's not that different from the ender3. i tried to make some space to fit the item once it gets here.
Day 8.....2 days earlier than expected, i came home with a huge box awaiting me in front of the door way.
Assembly is straight forward, all tools and instructions were included, no issues here. It took me and my daughter about 2 hours to assemble it.
this thing is enormous!! Go big or Go home as i always say.
Set up was straight forward. I used the same process in levelling the bed as i do on the Ender3. Preheating the bed and nozzle took a bit, though this is very understandable considering the size of the printer.
took a good 4 minutes to properly get it trammed.
I didn't use the files that came with it for the test print, but i did go with the infamous Benchy.
The printer is a bit loud compared to the Ender3, but it's in the garage so it doesn't matter.
Benchy came out with flying colors. tested the filament runout sensor, and it does work. tested the pause and return to print and no issues at all.
Once this was done I went ahead and upgraded to an all metal extruder that I pre ordered along with the Capricorn tube.
So at this point I was pretty confident to go ahead and print another..........lets test it's limits. Better to find out sooner than later.
I am building an iron man MK85 suit and with only one roll left at my disposal I went and sliced the calves on Cura and it came to a whooping 984G and close to 5 days of printing........
went to start printing and noticed that i am having bed adhesion problems, tried the hairspray trick, though it held for a couple minutes it didn't take long for it to get dislodged. But wait Creality is generous enough to include two big strips of tape and a roll of 2in tape.....I stopped the print and used it on top of the glass bed.
Lo and behold it's sticking and printing well.
BUT HOLD ON A MINUTE....This thing moves and jerks a lot. At the 3 hour mark I noticed that the print had shifted towards the back....yep i noticed that one of the supports were not aligned and oh, i checked and looked closer, all of the supports were not aligned, everything had shifted.
Then upon further investigation, I saw that the glass bed had moved towards the rear the exact distance the print shifted. all clips are held in place and properly secured. Again I went to the trusty old tape and applied more around the edges of the bed.
Now day 4 and 17 hours into it everything is still lined up perfectly. I did slow the speed to 90% to be on the safe side and until I got some z supports.
Overall impression, I'd recommend this to anyone that wants to go big and have outgrown their ender3.
The CR10S5 so far has been very good considering I'm only two prints into this, a benchy and the life size armored lower legs of an Iron Man MK 85 suit.
My only customer service support experience is just from inquiring about the delivery of my product and the experience of it very well. Product expectancy is above expectations.
My advice to the ones that are hesitant if and when you get this product is to ensure that all hardware are tight and are supposed to be where they are. Mine came without issues, but i still verified before doing any prints.

I did a lot of research going into this and bought the CR10S PRO fantastic machine and performs as expected. I did have an issue with a belt emailed customer service provided my service tag number and order number Sammi is supposed to be sending it to me in the mail. Absolutely love this machine so much I bought another one this one has a sensor issue however I sent videos to Sammi at customer service and they are getting the sensor out to me. Machines are exactly what I expected and thank you Sammi. My wife runs a daycare now she is thinking about getting a printer for the kids projects because she is tying mine up.

Customer support is plain awful. Took them 2 months to send me a 3D printer while they were telling me by email 'don't worry, it's almost there'. Now I just pray so I won't have any issues that may require sending the printer to them or something... Terrible, terrible service.

I purchased the Ender 3-S1 and it works great right out of the box. Runout sensor, bed leveling, dual drive, it's got it all... and it all works the first time. Also, no problems with the firmware. I couldn't be happier.

The printer I purchased is okay. I bought it on sale and for the quality is what to be expected for that price. The printer is missing a piece which they claim isn't needed anymore yet they provide the STL file for the part and the part is still shown in their manuals. There was no admission of fault of missing the piece or the willingness to send out the part. I've spotted one grammatical error with their Creality Slicer with my brief use of it but I don't see the point in telling them because I doubt they'd would listen. I wouldn't recommend going with them.

Awful printers - I've had two. The first took about 3 weeks to get working, the second was so badly made and designed I didn't get a decent print out of it for 3 months and the process of getting it fixed was very painful. Quality control is terrible and customer service is virtually non-existent, they don't respond to all emails and their answers are incomplete and often wrong.

My Grandson was setting up his 3D birthday gift but immediately had a problem. Initially thought that the belt was warped. Requested a new belt. Asked to send a video of the problem which was the best approach to determine if it was indeed the belt or something else. Upon viewing the video the Tech Team ask that the tension be tightened by adjusting the Y bracket with illustration on proper method for doing this procedure. Success !! The 3D printer is performing beautifully . Customer Service representative stayed with us until it was right and the Tech Team was spot on. Grandson's last statement - " it's a really good printer". :)
