So I placed an order for a High Five Duo on Sept 21 2022. Never sent item and never refunded me. As bad as any company could ever be.

They've ghosted me completely after waiting months and months for my order. This is unacceptable when people are making +$100 orders like mine. What gives? Why the stonewalling?

Would give negative stars if possible. Made the purchase on 2/27, and received confirmation of the order. A couple weeks later, they shut down their page due to order “backlogs”. I figured to wait a bit given the “backlogs” and contacted them via email on May 11 asking for a refund. Unsurprisingly, no response. I contacted them again on 6/28, once again no response. If anyone ordered from this merchant, I would suggest disputing your charges as this no-show company will not respond to requests. If it’s too good to be true, it likely is. I’m beyond disappointed. It should never take 4 months + to hear an update. Never again.

Do not recommend!!! They will take your money and never be heard from again. The vast majority or reviews you'll see about these guys will say the same thing.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...do not order from Cream City Vapes unless you like giving money away!!

What is wrong is that it's over 50 days for shipping and they are not communicating at all with me. I could give them negative stars I would. They keep talking they only have 5 people lazy people they're not even open on the weekends. By farther worst business ever!

I'm with Molly. I spent 250.00 plus in January and nothing as of today. No response to email. These are the kind of people whom make our planet a scourge. It's sad.

Save yourself the headache and money.
I ordered from this company in February 23. Received my confirmation right away. Received maybe 3 emails afterwards they they are working on my order.
After that. Crickets…..
I emailed them after the 25 business days they stated it took to send a tracking number to see if they could give me an update. Crickets. Decided to check Instagram and to no surprise other people were commenting the same thing regarding their order. I DM them on Instagram, they reply right away that I have to email them and if I want a refund I have would have to contact my bank to get my money back.
Emailed them one more time nothing.
So I called my bank to dispute the charge because I’m not waiting until it’s too late to get my money back. Had to send my bank a screenshot of the message they sent so that I can forsure get my money back.
It’s just infuriating because they ignore you and give absolutely no updates on orders. It’s not like their stuff is cheap either.
If you can’t keep up with orders limit yourself to how much you can sell and let us know.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered something from CVV in JANUARY. Never came and now they’re having “issues” with their company. This is the most unprofessional scam I have ever seen. They’re a bunch of scammers
and I wish them nothing but the worst. F you CVV.

This company appears to mostly be a drop shipping scam. I waited a month for my order to ship and then was repeatedly lied to about the updated ETA. On requesting a refund in full they went no contact.

This company sucks. I waited for 2 months, to have them tell me they don't have my order, and to file a dispute. No customer service. A bunch of automated emails. And any personal email had misspelled words. I doubt they'll last long. Dont waste your time! Try Element Vape

Do not buy from here!!! Look at better business bureau, they have that many complaints. Ripped us off $260.

terrible company that steals your money don't order

I am assuming that everyone with an outstanding order, as I have, received the mass email notification from CCV.
It is difficult to understand the true meaning of the notice, except that NO outstanding orders will be filled, and you should attempt to get a refund through your bank. I'm not sure if they are closed, in limbo, bankrupt, I don't know. Sorry for all of us who will not get anything out of this. But I truly believe CCV is getting what they deserve.

Of course my bank account was charged the second I placed a purchase with cream city vapes but since that interaction I have only received automated mass sent emails although I have reached out on multiple occasions to cream city vapes to receive a refund. Months have passed since my money was taken and yet my order still sits in the same state it did back then. Don’t waste your time or money with cream city vapes. There are real legit companies with better deals than cream city vapes claims to offer. I ordered a brand new product for cheaper from another company and received my item the same week which is why I’ve been trying to cancel my order with cream city vapes for the last month and a half. I have yet to hear back even once from cream city vapes regarding my order.

Complete scam. DO NOT purchase anything from them. I wish I had research them first. I ordered a product in February and never received it. When I tried contacting them for a refund they never responded. I suggest you text, email and call them to refund your money and keep records. I was able to dispute the charge with my bank and they requested screenshots of my attempts to contact them.

They are a SCAM. 2 months and not one communication about the actual order.
They really should be honest and just say they dont have stock, and it can be 6 months or 2 years, do you still want it. I would say YES and be happy to wait.
But this lack of communication speaks volumes of their ethics, and that leads to no trust. I did a charge back with my bank and you should too.

My order from Black Friday 2022 has yet to be fulfilled and my request for refund has been ignored. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I got ripped off 200$ it's been over a month since I ordered and over a week since they last responded to me.

This place is a rip off. I spent 235.98 February 14th and today is 3/23 and still have not received even shipping info. I’ve tried calling and texting with no response. Do not buy from them. Since then I’ve ordered 5 wax pens from other websites and all were delivered that week.
