The lights are absolutely stunning
The lights are absolutely stunning. However, when the electricion was installing one one the lights the bevel was glued to the stem and it took quite a bit of force to free it.

Great service - looks lovely
Great service however a different blanket to the one shown in the picture which was the one I thought I had ordered. Unfortunately it is a little rough against skin and therefore not as cosy to snuggle up in as I had hoped. Disappointed.

They are pure sheeps wool so they can feel a little rough. We do have some which have merino and cashmere which are more luxurious but unfortunately a much higher price tag.

Bought candles on line as Christmas presents, they smell lovely, are packaged beautifully and the packaging for delivery is excellent. The descriptions of the smells is accurate, however I also knew how they smelt having visited the wonderful shop in Falmouth. The pots containing the candles are so beautiful they are crying out to be reused.

Attractive placemats with durable surface
We like the tough melamine finish, and trust that this will obviate the problem we have experienced with cheaper mats, of grease from food spillages getting into the cork at the sides and under the finish, marking it permanently.

Really pleased with the item purchased …
Really pleased with the item purchased but the packaging of clear cellophane was disappointing. Luckily there doesn't seem to be any damage and nobody stole what is a superb floor cushion.

Very pleased that you like your cushion. The cellophane is very thick plastic which we use to wrap the cushions in as it's the most durable and protects them in transit. We always use a tracked service to ensure safe delivery,

A wise friend once told me nobody complains about quality &, for me, Cream Cornwall truly represent why it makes sense to buy beautiful, British made products. The lampshades I bought online are stunning & the personal service Rebecca extended to me exceeded my expectations. Fine bone china mugs broken in transit.
