Gorgeous place mats ordered online
I ordered serving mats online which were despatched very quickly. One arrived slightly damaged so I sent an email with pictures, this was not responded to after about 4 days so I resent it & included another email address.
I was very pleased to receive a replacement mat which came very well packaged!
It would have been nice to hear they were dealing with the issue & then I could have personally thanked someone!

This company is a rare and wonderful find for me.From stepping into the Falmouth store it was a lovely experience .The staff were exceptional in their welcome and knowledge and the beautiful items and the whole ambience of the lay out and display was captivating.
The paint is one of the best i have used with subtle shades and finishes.The online ordering is exceptional also.
