I bought Create from Vidello in 2020 through a lifetime deal — one payment, lifetime access. My login stopped working. Support told me the app was “retired” and that their new version, CreateStudio, is a “separate product” requiring another payment.

That’s not what a lifetime deal means. You don’t get to change the name and exclude original customers from future updates. Without early buyers funding them, there wouldn’t be a “CreateStudio” to sell now.

PLEASE do not business and not buy any of the products. Only waste of money! Very Poor customer service - unable to login for many weeks! The support of Vidello/Create's helpcenter does not respond of any of my messages. THAT is so unfair! I've asked for a refund, but they even don't respond.

I haven't been able to login for two weeks now. Vidello/Create's helpcenter doesn't respond to messages and if the do, it take 5+ days. All I get is "We're still looking into the issue but don't have any new updates at the moment." I've asked for a refund, but they don't respond.

The new "scroll-stoppers" are an awesome addition to an already awesome service/platform.

I've seen these scroll-stopper-style templates on other services, but for the same price that we pay for All Access Everything at CreateStudio, the other services don't offer near as much. Some other services offer ONLY the "scroll stoppers" and nothing else. So, CreateStudio All Access is a much, much, better service. We get so much more than just one kind of video. We get awesome templates and a full-fledged, professional grade video editor. I love you guys!

Create Studio is less than 24 hours in my home and it is already crushing the competition out there. It takes only seconds for it to upload one of my animated GIFs where it takes other programs 20-30 min! The support is great too! Sure, I have some learning to do in terms of finding out how to maneuver my elements, but the support team is awesome. I say give this a try, give yourself a chance to learn it and create awesome videos! Great job, creators of Create Studio! Going to go and watch some videos now and be patient with myself as well as the process. The program is great and I owe it to myself to learn!

This a great program to use as an entry-level to video creation! The team is supportive, helpful, and very quick with their responses PLUS they get any issues you may have solved! I highly recommend this program!

Disappointing Software, overpromise and underdeliver.

At first I was excited but as soon as I started using the software I regret to have purchased it.
Normal and simple functions to edit the text within the given templates, seemed impossible to get done.
Everytime I would click on the field to edit the text, it would jump back into full screen, I could only add new text without a problem, but the editing of the text of the templates, was not possible.

With all it promises to be, this should be as easy as counting 1, 2, 3, but it ended up being one of the most frustrating experiences ever, after trying to get a simple video off the ground with animation and just wanting to edit the text, spending more than 2 hours and not getting anywhere with it, I requested a full Refund.

The only Reason I give it 2 stars and not one, is because the Customer Service responded quickly and refunded the paid amount without any fuss.

I sincerely appreciate the high level of professionalism from the CreateStudio customer support staff! Without going into any great detail, I really messed up... starting with my initial purchase of this product! Customer service worked closely with me to make my experience a great memory instead of a nightmare. I look forward to reaching out to them for assistance in the future, should I need it. Very impressed!

In creating a video promotion for my business using Create, I found it to be the easiest tool with great features. I ran into some challenges exporting, the Create team in the middle of a launch fixed my video, and provided a download to import again and make use as i wish. At all times the support was very friendly and have demonstrated trustworthiness. Prior to my issue, I had requested a refund for the new launch Create Studio. The refund was provided without any dramas. The support provided was not affected in any way. I have repurchased Create Studio.

I recognise great service when i get one and rate this team very highly. I am very impressed.

The software works great and easy to use super happy with Vidello

I was very hesitant to purchase a video creating and editing software program because of my overall lack of knowledge in that area. I decided to take the plunge when Create offered the discounted rate for their product. I was extremely pleased with my purchase. I create social media videos for my counseling practice as well as my church Facebook page. The software is very easy to use and produces fantastic videos that look great. I would recommend this software program to anyone interested in creating high quality videos for their personal or business use.

VERY VERY POOR PERFORMANCE!

It cannot handle bigger than 1 minute videos, cannot handle multiple elements in the timeline, the text is disappearing when you are adjusting the length of it.

It cannot published projects longer than 1 minute, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Unfortunately I am already later than 30 days and probably they wont refund me, but I will make sure to help others not to waste their money on this broken and useless product!

Not to mention that it was advertised as using this product you wont need to use 10 programs but only one.

It turned out that I ended up using one more program which was wasting my time with all bugs and problems to the point that I decided not to use it and forgot about it. I gave it another go nothing has changed.

Really poor and disapointing!

Create support assistances are truly amazing. I have never seen a dynamic support service like this. They are ready and provide support at anytime of the day 24/7. I sent them an email around 2AM and got a real response, from a real person 2 minutes after! Wow! Fantastic software! Amazing library! 😍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏾

Not at all happy! Purchased Create today, trying it out with some video creations and it really can't handle multiple videos and soundtracks in the timeline. The playback is useless. Not at all impressed.

EDIT: Have received a full refund. I do expect software to work "out of the box" and not have bugs and issues. Thank you for the prompt response and refund.

So I had to call on Create by Vidello's support because a video I'd spent HOURS creating wasn't ripping and exporting to the required mp4 video format and I was under a fair bit of time pressure.

I popped a call out for help and in minutes got a reply from Lisa.

Not only did Lisa totally understand right off the bat what I needed, she proceeded to go to extraordinary lengths over the 24 hours to fix my issue.

I can appreciate how painstaking the job is to find the hitch in a video that's not ripping because of an element that's disagreeing with the process. Regardless of the work involved, Lisa not only analysed at my project in outrageous detail, she also identified exactly what the problem was.

And then, it gets even better!

Lisa not only could point me in the right direction, but she actually went and fixed it for me and recreated the faulty element (which in itself was not straight-forward), her attention to detail included adjusting volume so it was in line with the rest of the video... basically it was to the extreme of "above and beyond."

I've NEVER before received such insanely great support. Not only this, but the Create app itself is such gold. I am so freaking thrilled to be users of Vidello software and to be able to access help of this level when I'm stuck is incredibly peace-of-mind inducing.

Thank you immensely for your incredible levels of support Lisa. Needless to say you were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I am extremely grateful.

You saved me from my super-stressed-out-state and totally made my day!

quickly!

I have some other expensive video
creation software, but I find Vidello
Create the Best, easiest, and has
Awesome Support.

and they always get back to Me in a
matter of hours.

Purchased it two weeks ago, messed around with it, didn't do anything fancy or intricate and it was all good. Last night I started a project and it completely turned on me.
* Adding new media/text does not appear on the layers until I save, close the app, and then reopen the project again.
And now, that I have finalized the project, its been stuck on publishing for more than an hour.
Given, I have videos, animated transitions, images, text, and music... but, come on guys (Vidello)... isn't it SUPPOSED to handle all that?
