Create by Vidello Reviews 

I just started with Create and, if it worked properly, I would give it 5*. The freedom to edit to this level of detail is fantastic. However, here are the major issues I have faced so far (and am still working through with support) that result in a 2*:

1. I was told I could not import large files, so I tried to record small clips of the videos from my desktop. The result was abysmal - jerky video, completely unusable. I down loaded it to share with support but there was nothing in it! I am waiting on support to help fix this. And they have me using a different screen recording app to do so (lol)
2. I was able to import the videos I was trying to shorten, so that was a positive. I used Create's trim tool to grab the clips I wanted. And here is where I got INCREDIBLY frustrated. Where you place the cursor and where it actually trims is a crap shoot. Interestingly, some of the trims left THE SAME FEW SECONDS at the end of one clip and repeated at the beginning of the next clip. OK, I worked around that and got the clips where I wanted them (it took WAAAAYYY longer than it should have!). Today I opened up to continue editing and the clips have extra footage in them again!!! I spent hours yesterday getting to a 29 second strip of video. Now I have to go back and correct it all again.
3. The video that looked so good yesterday is now jerky at times. It will freeze on a frame, then catch up and freeze again. So I think I will have to redo those clips from scratch. I am waiting on support again for this.

Note that I rebooted my computer to make sure I freed up any memory issues that might be causing these problems.

I am about to ask for my money back, as this is useless the way it works right now.

I love Create by Vidello, it's easy to use and have a lot of features and they also adding some cool features. I can create videos in minutes. Highly recommended. ;)

Create by Vidello just keeps getting better all the time.

As usual another stunning improvement to Vidello.
Refreshing to see a software that continues to evolve and not discontinue.

Create is the most seamless and responsive and easiest video editor and video creator that I have ever used. I was struggling to create teaching videos and Create came my way just in the right time. And what took me a week to get just one 15 min mediocre video done, took me just one day to make a great, polished teaching video.

The videos turned out so professionally looking and sounding, that viewers were so impressed.

The support team is very responsive and helpful. I get a sense that they're in it with me, to help me troubleshoot in the very rare occasion. As a result, I am happy to also give them feedback.
