Amazing experience at Create over a year and a half. Brilliant support and medical advice with every appointment

The care, treatment and support from create fertility was excellent throughout the IVF experience. We accessed the Cardiff and Bristol clinics and all staff were lovely. Without create fertility we would not have our baby girl and we will be forever grateful. I had the natural modified treatment and this worked for me as I have very very low ovarian reserve.

As anyone going down the path with will know it’s a long road and one that is an emotional rollercoaster.
It took us a long time and so much research in finding the right fertility clinic that works for us and at the right price it was very difficult, however we came across Create Fertility and it seemed like it was meant to be, it wasn’t too far for us for appointments and knowing the we had to travel to Bristol for the transfer wasn’t a big deal.
We booked in a scan and got a quote, we had ICSI with a donor egg and the process was straight forward the price was good and the staff were great! Everyone was lovely and made this process so much easier.
I would like to say a very big thank you to Debra Jefferies who made me feel so at ease and made this process so personal she is an amazing women who made this process special.
After one transfer we welcomed our baby girl! We are extremely lucky and couldn’t be more in love. We are so grateful for the team at Create for helping us on this journey. I would highly recommend anyone dealing with fertility difficulties to Create you will be in great hands. Good luck on your journey.

Nursing team and doctors are amazing! The issue is with the patient coordinator's communication. I was told after a consultation with a nurse the coordinator would be contact to sort payment etc. After a few days of not hearing anything, I had to chase and eventually got a call the following day, when I was told an invoice would be emailed. 24hrs later, and no invoice still, I had to call the clinic twice, and email before the invoice was sent on a general email, no a-policy or explanation why it would take over 24 hours! Called today to clarify something, and was told there was an outstanding bill of £400 on my account - this has never been mentioned before, and, I have been told by create if I were to cancel my treatment that has not yet started, I would not receive any of the £2.5k back due to the outstanding £400 - never mind the fact there would be a large amount left over after the unknown debt is cleared! Steer clear and save yourself the stress!

Debbie from Create in Cardiff has been an Angel sent to us. We were originally from Birmingham but moved to Wales and we had our scans in Cardiff. After loads of failures, it’s always not been easy but Debbie always try to check in with us and made sure, we’re ok, we got what we needed. Also been very very warm and accommodating. So thanks so much for everything Debbie. Made our journey so much easier.

I can't speak more highly of Create Cardiff and Create Bristol. From start to finish absolutely wonderful staff and they actually really do care about you and not the money unlike other clinics. Love the fact they are all about the natural approach and minimal drugs/medicine. It was so refreshing in comparison to another clinic I used and was pumped full of injections etc etc. Thank you so so much, I now have a beautiful 3 week old baby boy. 💗💗

I would thoroughly recommend Create Fertility. They are so lovely and kind. They've enabled me to try for a baby at 45 in my way without expectations or worrying about their statistics (we've all been honest about the small chances). The other clinics I approached were unable to listen to what I wanted and saw only their own profits and reputation. Create were amazing from start to finish. I wasn't sure when I first approached them - I would recommend them to all 100% now - they're the people you need. Many many thanks.
