I have a severe needle phobia which makes a difficult and emotional experience a lot more difficult. Create have been so supportive throughout. I found a way that made blood tests more manageable and they have always accommodated my needs.
It’s been a long, complex and difficult journey but we have found the support and communication from create to be great. We have embryos in the freezer with them and, if we are lucky enough, would want to extend our family using create again.

I had the most amazing experience with abc fertility. All the staff are so supportive and genuinely care about their patients. I would definitely recommend them to everybody. Thank you so much for everything.

Create Fertility and ABC IVF are amazing, this company helped us not once but twice, they are professional, well mannered, supportive from the second you start your journey with them.

Care was excellent.

We went through ABC fertility as we couldn't afford any other route and we were treated with the same level of kindness and care as any other couple. Without this service we would never have been able to afford to have a child through IVF.

Had 6 follicles on the scan but only 3 eggs were collected whether due to lack of quality or there were only 3 present im not sure. Only 2 of these fertilised but luckily both developed into usable embryos. The embryologist kept us informed of each step.
We were able to have a fresh transfer and keep one embryo frozen. We used the finance option to help spread the cost which was really easy to set up.

Clinical staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Admin staff were always very kind and helpful, and remembered who I was. There were one or two miscommunications early on but they were resolved quickly once flagged. It can be quite hard to get through on the phone but usually very quick to respond to emails.

The nurses were absolutely brilliant and incredibly supportive during my egg collection and implantation procedures.

The level of care and kindness from everyone was wonderful in a process that would have been much more terrifying with out their reassurance.

I started my journey with abc in 2024, staff are amazing, always available to talk to if needed. My first round was cancelled because I ovulated too early, they reassured me that it wasnt my fault and then my second round everything went perfect, all staff and nurses were amazing, even with all my questions which i felt were too much at times, overall I've had a very positive experience with them all.

My experience with Create fertility has been very satisfying. They are competente staff with their job roles. They made sure my appointments and concerns were met. Moreover they make sure you have a follow up during each procedure.

I couldn’t have had a better service or experience. Professional, kind and welcoming at all times, from my initial consultation all the way through treatment. I would never ever want anyone to go anywhere else - every person deserves the care and attention I received from this wonderful bunch of people at Manchester Create. Create have been first class all the way during our IVF Cycles, everyone from drs, nurses and the ladies on the front desk have been incredible!

The staff at Create have been really lovely throughout the whole process. They’ve helped us get started with stages as quickly as possible and been sensitive to difficult stages in the process.

My partner and I have done multiple cycles of IVF with Create and we have been treated with care and compassion throughout. Our patient coordinator Liz has been so so supportive - she has been so kind and caring but also so efficient and helpful with the millions of questions we’ve had!

My experience with CREATE Fertility Manchester has been extremely disappointing and emotionally distressing. I expected professionalism, transparency, and genuine care throughout the process, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

From the start, the clinic lacked proper communication. Appointments were often delayed, and updates were not provided unless chased multiple times. I raised several concerns and formal complaints about how I was treated, but none were acknowledged in a meaningful way. Their responses felt generic and dismissive, showing no accountability or empathy for the impact their actions had on me.

The lack of coordinated care and poor customer service deeply affected my trust in their services. Despite following their process, the experience left me feeling unsupported during what is already a vulnerable and emotional journey.

What’s even more frustrating is that I escalated my complaints but still received no resolution. I have now referred the matter to independent bodies like ISCAS and CQC, as I believe no patient should go through such neglect and lack of care.

After a failed cycle at a different clinic we tried private treatment through Create and had a really positive experience throughout. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome straight away, yet all very professional and informative. The treatment itself felt very tailored to our specific needs, with regular testing and scanning rather than sticking to a rigid plan, which was our previous experience. We are very grateful to everyone at Create, who have treated us through to pregnancy at the first attempt.

Staff were very kind and passionate. Explained each step of the process and answered all my questions and concerns. It's a lovely clinic.

Wonderful and affordable service.The staff are all caring and supportive.

I’m extremely disappointed and feel completely misled by this clinic. We were quoted for two Natural/Mild IVF cycles with PGT-A testing, but the final invoice doesn’t match the original quotation in any way.

We didn’t have any embryos suitable for genetic testing – yet we were charged the full amount for two cycles, even higher than expected, despite there being nothing to test. I’ve repeatedly asked for clarification about what exactly these charges cover, and still haven’t received a clear answer.

We also paid separately for medication and tests during the cycle, so it’s unclear what was actually included in the main package fees such as:

“Cycles of Natural/Natural Modified IVF + PGT–A”

“Cycle ICSI for Natural/Natural Modified IVF Package”

“Cycle IVF Support Package”

Every element appears to have been billed additionally. No cycle was completed successfully, and in the second cycle, no egg was even collected, yet we were charged more than the agreed ICSI package price.

Nothing new was added to the treatment apart from prescriptions – no extra tests, no additional monitoring – which seems very unusual given my age and health considerations. If the “support package” is meant to include laboratory tests, why were these charged separately, and why was the full fee applied for cycles that clearly weren’t completed?

So far, all attempts to get an explanation have gone unanswered or ignored. Based on my experience, this feels like a service designed to extract as much money as possible from vulnerable patients rather than provide honest, transparent fertility care.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to demand full written breakdowns of costs before agreeing to treatment, and to be extremely cautious.

ABC IVF are AMAZING! They explain everything in thorough detail and the care they deliver is nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL!! Highly recommended!

We attended both Manchester clinic for transfers and Liverpool clinics for bloods and scans. Everyone who looked after us in both areas, from consultant, nurses and patient liaison was just so caring. I (understabdably) oput a lot of pressure on myself for all three of my rounds and quite obviously wanted to do everything right, so i always had a lot of questions and some probably quite silly but i was never made to feel that way. Everyone always helped me and calmed my nerves. Linda always explained things to me so i could understand what was happening in my own body at all times - which helped me to feel more in control, in a very uncontrollable situation. Which really helped me. We finally got pregnant our 3rd try and am currently 13 weeks pregnant. After both failed attempts, my medication and approach to the next transfer was changed according to my bodies needs, which gave me a renewed hope and resilience to keep going, and 3rd time lucky we got there. I'm so grateful for everything and everyone. Every bit of the ups and downs was worth it to get here. Praying for safe pregnancy and delivery. Thank you Create.
