Words cannot justify how happy i am with Create Manchester. Our creator gave me a beautiful son through the means of create fertility in April 2023. We had one ICSI cycle and over the moon to obtain 4 good quality embryos. The first 2 FET transfers unfortunately did not work as the embryos did not implant (5AB and 3BB). We were grateful to our lord that we were successful on the third FET transfer as 3Bc Implanted. We have last remaining 3Bc left in storage. Cannot recommend Create Manchester enough. Absolutely amazing staff, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Always there to answer any question. A place to go to start your dreams. The staff are very caring and gave the love, care attention. My heart and prays goes out to those who are still waiting

Honestly cannot thank create enough. All throughout our treatment we were supported, everything was explained and everyone was smiley and friendly which made a huge difference.
We are delighted that the end result was our beautiful baby girl. When we hit a few issues along the way, the staff were reassuring and so supportive. I would particularly like to mention our consultant Dr Hossam El Sheik who was outstanding.

From the beginning of my journey the team were supportive and compassionate. Communication from the team was always clear and helpful with plenty of chance for any questions I may have had. I could not be more grateful for the team at Create Fertility Manchester and now I have my little bundle of joy here I am so incredibly thankful for the wonderful people there.

From the first consultation to every blood test, and finally to the egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer, I cannot recommend Create fertility enough. The staff are absolutely wonderful - the nurses in particular who helped me when I was having difficulties with the injections were so caring and kind, and their reassurances and friendly dispositions made every appointment so positive and enjoyable. The procedures themselves were very successful and communication before and after was brilliant. We now have a two-month-old baby girl born through ICSI who would not be here was if not for Create, and we’ve got another embryo to hopefully use in the future - I can’t thank Create enough for making my dreams come true!

Poor communication, delays in consultation taking place. Awful. Please please think about using create clinic in Manchester. The manager at the Manchester Clinic promises one thing and says another, and if you ask for an update she will say she is working from home so is unsure. They do not care about you and your time and just take your money. Both consultations took place late, they got back to me 3 weeks late for an update even though the consultant promised me one week. They never communicated any delays to me and I had to continuously chase them for any updates, delays and results, and having to go through to the contact center each time was difficult as they had no idea why there were delays and the Manchester clinic was not available to update them. The first Zoom link did not even work correctly as the Consultant had a bad connection. The second consultation that took place because the first one was delayed the zoom link did not even work, one link was incorrect even after the Manager confirming. The manager then text me another link and by that the time, i was sick of it and carried on our delayed consultation via telephone, not very professional. Funny thing is the Consultant called us asking why the link did not work. I spoke to the manager at the clinic on the day of the second consultation who advised she will speak to Accounts and look at organising a refund, and now the manager has got back to me saying they will not honour this.

I have left Google review and gone down the official complaint route.

I paid £250 for consultations that did not take place on time, I had to take time off work for these consultations, and for the first one I had to leave half way due to the delayed start. I am furious that you pay such a large amount of money and you get such a poor service.

I was looking for a clinic so I could freeze my eggs and choosing the right one was a big decision - I have no regrets in choosing CREATE. I visited the Wilmslow clinic and I highly rate the staff and information I was provided. The process for me wasn't as smooth running as I had hoped but the support that was offered by the consultants and the phone operators was reassuring and I truly felt they had my best interests at heart. I now have eggs in the freezer and would absolutely use CREATE again for any future fertility procedures.

We recently had very bad experience from Manchester branch. Them target is only money . Thankfully we understand them policy keep cancel rounds and keep doing test test test and make more money . We cancel in half way and received some thing back still lost £2500. They not treat professional . One time they say overy is not visible and next time time they saying yes we can see it then they saying egg not healthy and next time saying yes they are healthy so they keep making excuses to make fault and sell more medicine and more test so they making more money on tests. Keep away this company.they will fail your 4-5 round definitely and make sure u have £10000 to £15000 savings if u going with them

Very supportive and helpful team , still on a journey and feel in safe hands

Very poor service all round. I have had 3 cycles with 5 unsuccessful transfers. The clinic could not offer anything but standard protocol. I have paid £800.00 for some extra checks and have been told that everything is fine with me. I went to my gynaecologist for standard check up and after telling her my story, she asked me to do DNA test (£200.00). It appears that I have got mutation of some genes that are responsible of implementation of embryo and until this isn't sorted implementation would never happen. It is shocking that IVF clinic has not discover this. In addition I have requested withdrawal of my medical records on 15/02, I have been told that it will take up to 28 day to receive it, I have still not received the documentation. I have emailed/called several times since but I am being ignored.
Just wanted to add in relation to the response: Ive finally received my medical notes, going through the notes I have noticed that on one of the extra test I have done we have present variant MTHFR (mutation). The genotype of the MTHFR gene indirectly influences the metabolism and absorption of folic acid in the human body (folic acid level was never checked by the clinic). Folic acid deficiencies are particularly important in planning pregnancy and in the diagnosis of obstetric failures and difficulties in maintaining pregnancy. It is shocking that after such a discovery I have been told that everything is fine with me. With such results I would never be able to get pregnant. If you would check your documents we have decided to go for the genetic embryo testing, however the problem is somewhere else... if we would stay with Create we would end up paying endless money as with my mutations I would never get pregnant...holistic approach would be nice especially if it comes to such a sensitive subject

Our Create Journey started at Manchester when it first opened a few years ago, we were the first couple to undergo IVF there. We met Dr Tamer and the team and immediately felt comfortable and hopeful which we hadn’t felt for nearly 3 years at this point. I was diagnosed with unexplained fertility and underwent my first round of IVF which unfortunately failed. Dr Tamer wasn’t happy with the unexplained fertility so was determined to find out what was preventing me from getting pregnant. This involved seeing Professor Campbell in London and Dr Tamer and we finally had an answer. Dr Tamer tailor made a treatment plan for me - initially we needed to harvest eggs before moving onto the difficult issue of treating my womb. This was a long hard journey which took a further 3 years (covid didn’t help matters) also my body wasn’t the most cooperative, I can only imagine the sleepless nights Dr Tamer had trying to make things work.

On 1/3/22 we welcomed our baby boy into this world, we even gave him Tamer as his middle name as Dr Tamer fought so hard to give us our beautiful little man, we are truly so thankful to everyone.

The whole team including Danielle, Lorna, Tina and Beth who have stood by and support us, they have laughed with me and cried with me. Every time I attended the clinic I felt like I was amongst friends, and nothing was too much trouble. I had seen so many people in the waiting room who I knew had got their good news and I felt it wasn’t going to happen for me but Dr Tamer said it would and it did!

The whole process of IVF is the most stressful thing I’ve ever experienced but this amazing team made it so much more bearable and took so much of the stress away for me. Now we have our boy and saying thank you to everyone just doesn’t feel good enough, they have made our family and given us the most precious gift in the world.

I was a patient with Create Wilmslow for 2 years.
I could have forgiven Create for the many negative experiences I had over the time I was with them, if they had stepped up at the end-but they didn't. This for me perfectly sums up my experience with the organisation and is unforgiveable.
My second and last embryo transfer came back with a positive pregnancy test. Unfortunately, the HCG wasn't going up at the correct rate so I had to come back for blood tests every 2 days. After several blood tests I was told to contact an Early Pregnancy Unit (EPU) at the hospital as the low HCG could indicate an ectopic pregnancy. At 6.5 weeks I stopped going for blood tests at Create and the EPU was then in charge of my care. The EPU confirmed the result of a 'Pregnancy in unknown location'. This would mean I would have to be monitored for another week and then a plan made. There was no visible sign of an ectopic pregnancy but 'Pregnancy in unknown location' is managed as if it is because an ectopic can be very dangerous. I informed Create of this, including the nurses and had an email back from my patient coordinator to say they were sorry to hear this. It has been over a month and no one has contacted me to find out what happened or see if I am ok. This to me shows absolute lack of care for the person, and in my view, is negligent.
During my treatment I was never once asked how I was in terms of the emotional impact of IVF. After abandoned cycles, feeling ill, huge amounts of worry and lockdown, the treatment really took its toll and the journey seemed overwhelmingly that it would never end. At one stage I was so upset because embryo transfer preparations were abandoned weeks into the treatment because conditions weren't right (I didn't even know this was a possibility) I had to ask to speak to a counsellor and this service had never been offered to me before. I had been a patient for about 14 months at this stage.
One of the other things I found about the clinic is that you are in charge of your own care. Every time I went to an appointment I learned quickly that I had to write everything down. I had no continuity of care unless I specifically asked to see the same doctor, which was only sometimes possible. I had to explain my history/ stage of treatment every time I had an appointment. I very much felt like I was the project manager and had to procure the various stages of the treatment from Create. I did not feel confident in being looked after and the emphasis was me having my wits about me to manage the treatment as a whole. Nothing is done proactively by the clinic. I had write everything down about the medication- when to take it, how much to take, ordering more, when to book scans etc etc, come up with suggestions based on previous experience. I also learned I had to ask if the medication was provided or if I had to have a prescription and find it myself. I turned up one day for an injection and they asked me for it. It turned out I should have been given a prescription and sourced it myself. It was then left to me to run round looking for a chemist who could order it to arrive the next day. Prices for additional medication were not discussed and very expensive. This was the same for additional tests.
Waiting times for doctor appointments are often ridiculous, I once waited 1.5 hours for a scan. They never apologise just say 'the doctor is running a bit behind'. I appreciate there may be delays due to an emergency but not every time. In my view this is not acceptable for private treatment.
There were other issues that annoyed me about charges I believed to be unfair. I did successfully challenge the worst example of this but I really shouldn't have had to.
On the plus side the doctors are very nice especially Dr Tamer Nafee who was the person who inspired me to want to do this journey. I'm glad I did it as I would have always wondered but it was the most difficult thing I've ever done from an emotional perspective, as the stress and disappointments and endless milestones you need to achieve are a nightmare. Getting to embryo transfer felt like one of the biggest achievements of my life, like I had aligned the stars to get to that stage. For some people an IVF cycle is straightforward but wasn't for me, it was a traumatic rollercoaster.

We had a really great experience with Create Manchester from start to finish. I was assigned a patient coordinator (Aimee) who was really great at communicating with me via email and did her very best to accommodate our needs given we lived miles away. The clinic has a comfortable waiting area and parking (there is also plenty of other parking close by), all my appointments were on time and all staff I saw were friendly, welcoming, informative and sensitive where appropriate. I would say that some elements of treatment were not explained as fully as I have experienced at other fertility clinics however this clinic offers much more flexibility with pricing so that is to be expected. They do however refer you to online tutorials which I found useful. On the days of surgery my care and dignity was taken very seriously and I certainly felt well looked after. Out of hours after care was always great when I needed it, they really went out of their way to ensure I was ok inviting me into clinic where required. I would use Create again and recommended it to my friend too. We have a beautiful baby girl to thank them for, I will always be grateful for all their hard work in helping to conceive my daughter.

The best, most professional and empathetic clinic I have ever been to. Each individual treat you with respect and are extremely private. Would recommend to anyone.
