Unfortunately our experience was dampened by COVID, but going through IVF when your husband/ partner has to wait in the car park is very hard. And while I understand it wasn’t Creates fault, there wasn’t much understanding or support in place during this time.

It also took nearly six month to get some blood tests back, and I had the chase them every step of the way, the communication wasn’t brilliant.

I never saw the same person more than once, which made it tricky and I had to explain everything that had been happening at each appointment.

I had to fight to have a follow up blood test when I was having my miscarriage, they kept telling me to wait and see what happened, they also charged me for the second blood test, which I thought was unnecessary given the circumstances.

However in the end I’ve had a beautiful baby girl, so the treatment worked, each step was explained very carefully, so I knew exactly what I needed to do, and I could call at any time to ask if I had any questions And the nurse where lovely.

Very pleased with Create and strongly recommend it to everyone with fertility problems.
In the last few years I had one egg collection and three IVF embryo transfers. All three transfers were successful. I now have two beautiful and healthy children.
I had a great experience with Create. They have amazing specialists and very nice staff. I felt supported at every step of the journey.

After 7 years of infertility, coupled with health/medical anxiety on my side Create Wimbledon gave the most amazing, patient care and service.
I was able to go through with the mild IVF and we got pregnant on the first round!
Our beautiful baby is now 10 weeks old and can't thank them enough.

My wife and I had been looking into IVF for a while when we found Create. What really interested us was the more natural approach that Create took with IVF.

The team at Create made us feel at ease every step of the way and were helpful when it came to filling out the paperwork which was slightly confusing at times. We were pleasantly surprised at how simple the steps were as Create had set up a detailed plan of what to do at each stage throughout each cycle, which made life easy for us.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had a successful round of IVF with Create and welcomed our little one in November 2021.

We will be returning in the next couple of years when we are ready for our second baby.

Our experience with Create Fertility was excellent. IVF worked first time for us.

Following a miscarriage we found the NHS quite unhelpful as we didn’t want to wait for 2 years or have 2 more miscarriages if we could help it.

We did some tests with Create which showed we didn’t have any obvious fertility issues, but as I was 37 decided to do mild IVF. We like the approach of trying to make a few good quality embryos in the least invasive way. As we were told you only need one embryo to make a baby.

Create collected 5 eggs, 4 good quality, 3 became 5 day embryos. One we used for a fresh embryo transfer, it worked and we now have a beautiful baby boy. We also have two frozen embryos so will hopefully be able to make him a brother or sister in the future.

The only thing was that we saw different staff at each appointment, it would have been nice to see the same doctor and nurses each time.

Overall, I had a great experience at Create. The staff, including clinicians were very supportive and lovely to deal with. The only issues I ever had were with management and several appointments that were confirmed but then when I got to the clinic, they were not booked. I was usually accommodated. I loved the fact that the treatment worked with my own cycle and I didn't have to stop my periods in order to do IVF. We now have a beautiful baby girl and Create to thank for all their expertise and support.

I would highly recommend Create, the staff are great from admin to the consultants to the the team who take your bloods. Your have an allocated patient coordinator who responds to emails very promptly and never a problem getting through on the phone if you have any questions. i can't praise the Wimbledon team enough and even if you are planning on going through this stressful and anxious process on your own, it certainly doesn't feel like it as you have so much support from the staff.

Create Wimbledon have been excellent start to finish. We had our twins boys November 2014. We were successful on first cycle and were over the moon! We had a failed cycle previous to Create so we were over joyed as soon as we found out I was pregnant with twins! We recently had another boy born April 2021 (frozen embryo transfer) through Create Wimbledon. We can’t thank Create for our beautiful boys!! Every day with are thankful and grateful. I’ve recommended Create to my friends and family. All the best to everyone and please don’t give up hope. X

As I write this we are currently 22 weeks pregnant on our first try of IVF with the ABC package at Create Wimbledon. We did not expect it to work first time so over the moon, but importantly we felt we were supported at every step of the way by the fantastic nurse consultant, nurses and doctors, not forgetting the embryologists who all cheered when my embryo transfer went ahead! We found the clinic friendly, efficient and caring and we managed to get a great result. If we choose to have our other frozen embryo used, we will 100% be going back and I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. So glad we went for convenience and chose wimbledon as they offer so much more. Thank you :-)

My overall impressions was that the main focus was on the money aspect instead of the human aspect.
On the day of the fertilization my husband semen that was claimed to be good till that day wasn't good anymore and we had to do the ICSI ( a lot more ££££) . No forms were signed for it.
Comunications is not very strong as well.

I had an extremely bad experience with this clinic, at first it was just poor customer service. However, it soon escalated to doctors coming to appointments having not read their notes and needing reminding about the treatment I was having. It led into being given insufficient, contradictory and incorrect guidance. Don't spend your precious money and time with this clinic on what is a very difficult and sensitive part of life. When we formally complained, the response was pitiful. It was my last go and I hate to think of others having the same experience.

I had my baby boy July 2020 . I would like to say thank you to fertility clinic in Wimbledon great and professional staff . The helped me and my husband and they support us . Now I am pregnant again but naturally but I think all they done with first pregnancy they helped us. E really recommend

We were really happy with the whole process Create put in place, from start to finish. From the initial online consultation, through to our first scan after we found out we were pregnant, we felt well looked after and supported.

The staff are all friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you and you feel genuinely cared for, and not just a statistic.

They were always ready to answer any questions we had about the process and we felt well informed at all times.

Create Fertility is a great place to receive IVF treatment, everyone is very kind and considerate so it makes the process much less stressful. They are great at giving you all the medical information and the medical staff are excellent. I really think I made the right choice in choosing a more mild treatment at Create as I had no side effects and it was more effective than expected (although my first cycle was unsuccessful, but that's just luck!).
I have taken off a star as sometimes it has felt rushed and I have had to chase to make payments/appointments so I think the admin side could be improved (perhaps affected by Covid though). Overall, I would certainly recommend them!

Great great service. Doctor Ivanka was the best!! The nurses for the blood tests were very good as well! I never felt pain. Overall great experience!!! I highly recommend Create Fertility to anyone!

Would recommend- really friendly and professional

Create Wimbledon staff were very kind, professional and caring. I am currently 33 weeks after our third fresh cycle. Create adapted my protocol which I think helped. I would definitely recommend to others. I will be returning as I have a couple of frozen embryos left.

I wish I'd gone to Create first. The Wimbledon team are a really great team, caring and considerate. They communicate well and keep us updated about where we are and what the next step is through out the process. The amount of information can be very overwhelmin and they take the time to explain at every scan what they mean, and what the blood test results mean, and what we need to do next. Other IVF clinics do not offer the same level of service and I've used 2 others. Also they have had more success than the other 2 clinics, customising my treatment for my age group.
