Klarna is doing research about creative lighting.

When you send it back (on your OWN cost) they will not accept this…it cost me 120 euro till now.

Ordered a lamp on 4 September, arrived 5 October (when they say delivery in 1 week maximum). Product arrived non-functioning, exchanged several emails with photos and videos with the seller who nevertheless never admitted the product's defect, even though it was evident. Now they no longer reply to my emails and have not published my (obviously negative) review on their portal. Low quality products and totally unreliable seller

Scam company, and they are a few like that... always fantastic review, like if people where just amazed by it... scam, scam, scam... no refund possible. I send back to where it came from and when they received it, they emailed me a sweden adress where i should have return it... no vouchers or anything

No delivery. Two lights. Clearly items have been delivered to someone else.
After contacting you..You provided no proof of delivery. Map was not my property, photo was completely blurred. You then asked me to contact local authorities? Please return my money or redeliver.

They sale a lamp at 14500¥ while I found it at 3500¥ on Rakuten.

I bought 4 wireless led lamps. It took some time to arrive, but they did.
They work ok and the quality is fine, maybe a little expensive, but they work perfectly and the style is well finished.

Zero stars. Scam website. Purchased a sensor light that worked once. Inferior, faulty product - They refuse to refund on return (well within the 30 days the law allows, contravening the consumer protection act.). They offer a replacement ( but this item is not fit for purpose) but you gave yo return at your own cost. Alternatively they'll give you a voucher (not the value of the light!) Their responses to emails are laughable. Now I have threatened to report them they no longer respond. Buyer beware, this us a Chinese scam site. It should be taken down and I will be reporting them to trading standards.

I bought a Luminous Elegance Lamp - Silver and its a fake company. I received a tracking number and shipping number and all are fake. Be careful!!

Now June 29th 2023 has changed name to Creative Design- should be “creative marketingstunt”

Chinese not Swedish as claimed. Cheap tat that does not work. Steer clear

Creative Lighting is selling their knockoff lighting using a picture of lighting made by a different company, and also using images that are copyright of another company. Which means Creative Lighting is selling lighting but isn't even willing to show the items they are selling. Which can't be a very good omen for whatever they are selling.

This company deserves a zero. Only use them if you want to be fleeced. They do not do refunds.
I ordered 2 motion sensitive lights for an under stair cupboard they are extremely poor quality and do not function. I have requested a UK return address - they don't have one! As a concession they have offered me a EU15 refund to spend on their site. Obviously I have declined.
They are scammers do not use.
