I found branded web studios online to create my beauty salon website. Alex Miller was my website manager. He has a great personality, and he always responds to me right away. I would highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone who’s looking to create a professional website. So happy with there services

My website and logo design are both finished. My logo was an extremely easy project. The designers gave me several options and I love my logo.
Steve was my project manager and he was great about listening to me needs, but there was a breakdown when trying to deal with developer through email.
I would have given the Branded Stidios a five-star rating if I would have been dealing directly with the web designer at the beginning. He has been phenomenal. Frank Roy was assigned to me. I would simply tell him the changes needed and he would make them. I am currently working two jobs and he was very patient waiting on me to get back with him.
I was so impressed with his turn around time and his creativeness. I could tell him something like “I don’t like the looks of this page, but I am not sure how I want it.” Frank would respond with, “Let me work on it.” The next day it would be perfect!!! Frank was amazing to work with and I would give him 10 stars!!!!

Deceived Marketing - did not fulfil the contractual obligations.

I hired Creative Book Writers to write my book. First, the person who was proofreading, had improper syntax and grammar in the book, I revised and had to heavily edit, each term. They claim there is a guarantee of services - this is not true. After I complained and they "changed" writers and still the same kind of errors, I asked for my money back. I was refused and they held my product as hostage, only to "rethink" their position. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Save yourself the headache. It is obvious that they are making things up as they go, and have no organizational plan of execution. I had the marketing plan and they contractually promised to fulfil the obligations. That was 4 months ago, and they have underpromised and underachieved the KPI they had indicated, and 2 videos short of expectations. Because they knew in January I was prepared to take legal action, they have put false reviews up to benefit their company. I do intend to take them to small claims court because no client should be have their monies stolen from them with no remedial actions. Not a great experience for my 1st book experience, but it will be my last decision not to go back to them or to reference them.

Even though I could write pages about how bad this company was to do business with, no one likes reading novels, so I'll try and keep this as short as possible to get my point across.

1: I wish I had trusted the bad reviews, because I have now realized they are unfortunately 100% accurate.
2: Communication went from great (right when I paid for services), to almost non-existent after about two months of trying to explain what I needed in our website and waiting 5 days to 2 weeks per site draft after being promised 24-28 hrs per edit.
3: After being completely ignored multiple times, a supervisor had to reach out to try and do damage control (his name is Ryan). He ignored all of my concerns after introducing himself and hasn't responded at all after the first 2 emails.
4: I was promised a full refund by the team leader (Paul Phoenix) if the lack of communication and work not being produced continued. This of course happened again and now they are completely ignoring all emails, texts and phone calls.
5: I have now been forced to file a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back. However, I saved all texts and emails to support my claim and provided them to my bank as proof, so hopefully it'll turn out ok for us.

It's a shame companies like this can sucker people into paying them money for such unprofessional service.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do yourself a favor and spend your money on a more reputable and reliable local or established well known company (which is exactly what I'm doing now) for your website needs. It'll cost you more up front, but you'll be thankful in the long run.

ALSO: I've read they like to somehow take negative reviews down, so I will be posting this on multiple review sites as well as the BBB.

Scammers! They are related to Videojeeves and they're not is US. Their address is a fraud. I've been there. They do not honor their money back guarantee.

I wish I could give them a negative one star. Been dealing with them for my e commerce small in home business since June of 2020 I am out almost $7k and I still don’t have a website, they’re not doing SMM like they said it would go, they sent me labels and vectors I didn’t authorize and they don’t provide proof of copywriting, domain name purchases when asked. I also was able to speak to several others who dealt with this company who had a very similar experience and 9 out of 10 were women which leads me to believe this is a very patriarchal company that treats women badly. If you are a woman, or you care about your financial utilization avoid this company with everything you’ve got.

Back in January of 2020 I (being a young woman) had decided to start my own business and wanted to have a website created for the business. I had searched and found a company, or at least I thought it was a real legitimate designing company, that would give me a professional and unique website for my new business. However, it seemed okay in the beginning but the whole time, I know now, that I was being scammed right from the start. Ross and Steve were the ones that was responsible for creating the website and advertising it on social media platforms. I paid for the best package on their website and deserved to have the best service. Every month they would ask me for a fee for something that they needed to do or add to the website to make it more functional; I even paid them to patent an idea for me which I never received the paperwork or the patent. One of the main reasons why I chose Branded Web Studios was because their webpage looked professional and I liked their designs for a webpage. I saw that they offered 100% refund if not satisfied and all the good fake things (including reviews) that is on their webpage that they say they deliver or do. Over the months, especially in the beginning, it seemed all good and they were talking nice and acting like they were going to build this great website. Of course I was excited at the start but, it starting slowing down by the middle of the year 2020. There was little to no communication for a month or two and I got very concerned. I gave them time to complete a website, they told me by the fall and before winter it should be done; but I always asked myself,"does it take this long to build a website?" I finally got fed up and called Ross, when I told him who I was he sighed and hung up the phone. My worst fear, knowing that this was a fraud and I was scammed. I always had a feeling that something was wrong and I should've taken the steps to have protected myself better financially in the beginning. They NEVER answer the phone and when I finally got to talk with Steve, because Ross disappeared and was no longer communicating with me, he told me that I couldn't get a refund. I have not received my website or my patent 9 months into this DISASTER. He gave me two options, the first option was to take what they have done or option two was to let them finish the project because there will be NO REFUND. I was really upset seeing that it was supposed to have been finished by now and also because I paid in full and have not received anything. When I try to reach them by phone or email they do not answer or reply in a timely manner; they still have not responded as to when they will finish my website and it has been almost another month now. You cannot really speak to anyone else other than the people who are assigned to building your website so if you have a problem with them you will not get help anywhere else; I have tried to speak to the boss or someone in another department and they do not care to listen or respond. I am very angry and have lost lots of money and I would like to see this company off the internet, they shouldn't be able to solicit customers and scam them out of their hard earned money. On Branded Web Studios website their reviews are FAKE they do not have a 4-5 star company, which they are really not a company they are PROFESSIONAL WEB SCAMMERS! I can't even imagine just how much money these people have made and haven't given any of their customers any services at all! These things should never happen to anyone but it does and it's people like me to let you others not go through the same thing. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!! Scammers are on the rise, I learned a very hard lesson early at a young age and yes you do live and learn.
ADD ON: Branded Web Studios took down my review on Reviews.io and GoodFirms, so people watch out they are reporting your bad reviews on them (which are all TRUE). They also run more scammer websites. THE SCAMMERS CLICK!!

Don't know where to start? I am trying hard to find something good in this co and its employees but is not easy! one screws you and the other blows you! anyway
didn't work out for me and got $200 worth of service for $1200! not to mention waste of my valuable time . fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

I wish I could rate them a 0. I paid them $650 for a website. I was told that they would have a template for review in 24-48 hours. After 5 days I emailed them requesting them webpage and got no reply. Emailed them again 2 days following stating that I wanted a refund and then they send me the website. It was horrible everything on there was incorrect and it looked like a kid did it. I told them it was unacceptable and I wanted my money back. After I received no reply I put in a dispute with my bank. Then a week later someone responded stating that I could only receive half of my money back because they already did the logo. I was livid because I had already previously paid for the logo separately. Then I was told that I would receive a full refund in 7-15 business days. I called to check on refund on day 12 was reminded they had 3 more days. Then I get another call from Steve questioning my dispute. I stated if he issued the refund I would cancel the dispute. Steve said he was going to cancel the refund and then begin to get very rude and unprofessional. He kept over talking me and was telling me what he wasn't going to do. I then told him I would report him to the BBB. He told me not to threaten him and begin to yell. I told him I wasn't going to argue and hang up the phone. Steve called me 3 times after that. This has to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Please be aware. The 30 day money back guarantee means nothing to this company.

SCAMMERS!! DO NOT USE!!

I was so excited to get started on my logo and website. I am a small business and really did not have the money to put forth on this. My husband and I talked it over and thought the price was great and to go forward.

They have missed the mark on my log not being able to follow basic instruction. Trying to give me things I did not ask for. Same with website. Everything they sent was generic and pulled from internet stock photos.

They have gotten in touch with me only to try and upsell me without and services renderred. When I said no communication stopped. I asked for a refund and no reply.

First that one star has to be given in order to write this review THERE SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY NO STARS GIVEN I believe they are scammers kept pushing for me to send more money without producing my website, of which it took almost 3 months. Worst experience!

So I paid over $3,000 for website building, hosting and social media management. They completed my website and never gave me the appropriate credentials to fully own my website. It is a Wordpress website and I can’t add plug-ins coz I need FTP credentials and they wouldn’t give it to me, the wouldn’t give me my cPanel details. They want me to be entirely dependent on them and want to charge me add-on fees to make the changes for me. I have called several times and they wouldn’t respond or give me all the credentials I need to be completely autonomous.
In regards to Social Media management.... NOTHING has been done and they would refund my money!!!!!
Very bad customer services in addition to all the above. Very rude... I have spoken to Alex Martin, Robert Jones, Oscar Rodriguezand Stephen Parkerso far and they have been very unprofessional with their dealings with me

On 13/11/18, I gave this company Branded Logos as it was known then, a 5* glaring review. I rescind that review, with the exception for Zack Spencer and Max Andrews, two very professional individuals who I hope have a long and prosperous career. I had my website built in Nov 2018, at a good price, but not cheap. It was my understanding that I had SSL included for lifetime in package. Then after first year the SSL stopped working and I had to purchase it again at a considerable sum of money - I was annoyed as this was an expense I did not foresee. Then recently I needed FTP access to install analytic plug ins in wordpress, but Brandedlogos were nowhere to be seen. Their UK website disappeared, and none of their staff members answering my emails. I had no idea who was hosting my website and could not access FTP. I tried to change webhost, but some providers could not transfer my website without FTP access. In the end I had to manually transfer my site to another provider, which presented some technical difficulties as I had no access to the website database. I managed it as luckily I had a plug in that could export the database even without FTP access. I'm now with a new provider, a reputable one, with 24/7 support and a great hosting plan. If you want a reliable service don't bother with Brandedlogos or Branded Web this and that, or whatever they call themselves now. Save your time and money and spend it on a reputable provider.

They have excellent communication skills, follow instructions, and delivered the work before the deadline. I am really happy with the web design that they created for me. Thank you for going the extra mile and making the design perfect.

Don't do it!!! This company makes a lot pf promises and deliver very little results. They started building my website in April 2020. I received ownership in mid August 2020. The website still had my products listed 2 times, my contact information isn't correct and a litany of other issues. I didn't receive instruction on how to navigate the site. My experience with this company has been a nightmare. Don't do it!!!

There was some turn-over and they are working hard to rectify some issues.
I am changing my review due to their efforts to get through the project with me.
I am hopeful now.

This company is the worse. Don't do it..
