Negative Experience

Please beware, spoke with Danny. Promised a refund for a product I never received.

That was almost 2 months ago now, they won't respond to me anymore. I filed fraud charges with PayPal and my bank against this company.

It’s been a bit of a struggle. We had a really slow beginning and information shared wasn’t applied so it was a waste of time to complete their information intact questions because we answered those questions multiple times throughout the course of working with the logo designer and the website creator. When our contract was changed to Kevin Keller the work process got better solely because he did return phone calls and or text. He has been easy to work with and I recognize that he’s working with a team and certain slowdowns have been out of his control. Another huge issue I’ve had is how they’ve nickel and dime me my company, they could’ve done a better job in presenting the entire project versus piecing it together.

I have read many diverse reviews and quite honestly I was a little hesitant. Then I started with just a logo, the turn around was very quick and it was great!!! Then we advanced to letterhead, envelopes, business cards, animated logo’s. Every time, every project was done very professionally, they were creative not some quick and dirty traditional look, and the turn around was very quick. A couple of iterations to get it perfect and everything was far above what I expected. Normally I never pay 100% up front, especially with a company I have never tried before, but thus far, and there are several projects still on the boards, I have been extremely happy with Davis, my dedicated rep, his team, their price, their quality and their creativity.

I had the absolute pleasure working with David Parker. He was very attentive to our needs and added well needed suggestions to our approach in branding. We will definitely be coming back to you guys in the near future as our business expands. Thanks!

I had a pleasure throughout this process working with Kevin Keller the way he bought my design into fruition specifically to my specifications made me a loyal customer, the logo is magnificent and, I’m so excited to utilize it!

It's been a wild great experience thus far, the enter action and communication levels are outstanding Kevin has help tremendously in regards to my desired needs and wants on this quest of trademark development. Grateful to have him on my team and future projects as I grow into the entrepreneur business.

Kevin as my contact to do my web project, constantly engaged with me through emails, texts and phone calls to make sure everything is clear and we move in the right direction to wrap up the project.

Very easy work and communicate with. Project was done on time and at a high level.

It has been over 1 1/2 years since I started working with this company and my site is still missing many of the features I requested at the start of the project and I am now being told those feature are an additional fee. I also paid to have my stationary done by them and this has never been finalized either. I have sat on multiple calls with Oscar Rodriguez (By the way calling them is not free and you are charged 1.5 cents per minute) only for him to never relay my information to the developer and then tell me we never had such conversation, even when I have emails confirming my requests. I upgraded my complaints to Steve who has never sorted out any of my issues and has never returned my call. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY and save yourself years worth of time

Past 2 weeks, Mr Jason parker from production was helping me with my website and make it a live and he was doing a Excellent job with customer service and information about the website and he was on time and helpful thank you for service

In the process of website development, you would want a website development company that is flexible when it comes to communicating so that you do not miss important details. For this situation, I found Branded Web Studios the best since they heard all the details I needed to share and they were available to communicate whenever I needed them. I also found their website development team very experienced and capable of executing ideas into workable website.

I needed responsive and reliable website for my business as I am a hairdresser. One of my friends suggested Branded Web Studios as he also got his website developed from them. I needed to bring my business online urgently, and I was in a bit hurry. Branded Web Studios were very quick and they developed my website in short time. The website is very responsive and reliable and easy to navigate. I am very happy with their website development service.

I paid this company $400.00 to build a simple website for me. Three months later I still have no website. They told me my website is live. The problem is that is nowhere to be found. I told them to keep the money and shove it. As far as I'm concern this is a scam.

Not much to say other than Alex is awesome guy to work with. He knows how to deliver outstanding work in a quick time frame and exceeds expectations. We had a great time working with David on this project and look forward to working with him on future ones!

These guys are straight up crooks. I found them originally on November 11th 2019. I felt good about them at first when I saw they had better prices than competitors. Let that be a lesson. You get what you pay for. I was told I by a guy who calls himself Alex that it would be around three weeks and I would have a functional running website. He showed me other websites they apparently did in the same industry, they looked good so I went with them. Everything was going ok, then I get a call from Alex trying to up sell me on services that were completely unnecessary. The guy wouldn't take no for an answer until I got loud and eventually hung up on him, about a month goes by still no website. Come January, they tell me my website is ready. It was awful, non functioning, typos everywhere. Obviously was done with google translate. I get a call from my "account manager" and he said for them to fulfill what I wanted done, it would be another three weeks. I said ok, do you expect me to pay more money. He assured me no more money was necessary they just needed more time. I was frustrated but agreed. What else can I do? During this period the guy who calls himself Alex, I say it like that because I'm sure its not his real name, up sells me on SEO work that needed to be done. I agreed to two payments, $400 each a month apart and was assured I was going to have a functioning website in about a week. After a few weeks the guy who calls himself Carl calls me and drops the bomb of, I'm sorry but in order for us to continue you need to pay another $3000. Are you F$$%ing kidding me. I said you know what just give me my money back I'm going somewhere else. He kept trying to contact me, my response was I wanted my money back including the $800 they charged me for the SEO work that was obviously never fulfilled. His response was instead of the $3000 they would use the $800 and make it work. Now were are in March, yes five months later. They give me a website that is better, but not fully functional. He said in order to proceed I need to buy the maintenance package, that everything was working on his end. If I buy this package he will guarantee that it would work on my end too. He said he doesn't know why its not working for me and he sent me a screen shot showing me that it works for him. I consulted a professional, non con artist like these people and he said the reason it is working for him is because the set me up with a demo version. He was trying to get more money out of me to switch me out from the demo to the real version. The nerve of scumbags like this. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL GET SCREWED. This is not over I am going to continue to take action. Yes, I hold grudges until I feel we are even.

LOGO: Came out decent after a lot of tries.

WEBSITE: First design wasn't nice i asked for another one they provided me with another layout i was happy at first given the first one wasn't going to work. I tried working with the design and then realized it wasn't going to fit my business at this point after a lot of back and forth i got frustrated and asked for a REFUND. They told me since it was on a dev mock up server that they cant refund me the money, before that they told me that i agreed to the design and before that they told me since it was a promo you cant get refunded ( a lot of different reasons why )

API COMMUNICATOR: Never got it that was $1000 bucks

Basically the company will up sell you to death, provide really basic work you can probably do on word press yourself, they do not hold up to there so called 100% guarantee there is always a underline reason why they cant refund your money now i am out $1400 bucks. They call a lot after a problem so you cant log your communications via email or text. These people will try to sell you everything under the sun and take your money fast but you'll never get anything in return but half @ss work. Lesson here is you get what you pay for!! ALSO i don't think this place is really located in the states so getting your money back if your not happy is pretty hard.

If you have read a bad review i am pretty sure its true, and just washed out with fake good 4 star reviews to give them a better rating. I really wish i had read the reviews before i gave them my money.

Looking more into this company is one of multiple companies the Ghaznavi brothers Salman and Usman are scamming from.

*Update* they just got in contact with me and said i will get my refund in 20 business days with is around May 1st, if i actually get my refund i might be nice enough to delete this post after all the trouble i went through.

Ask "Oscar Rodriguez" or Ross that work for you they know who i am, i already listed the invoice numbers look those up. Don't be sneaky to try to get this post removed. I even sent you a email to support at brandedwebstudios today with no answer. Only person that got back to me was Oscar and told me they are refunding me for the API in 20 business days which is May 1st that's a long time for a refund and i asked why so long he said its the financial department not him but you guys pressured me to buy some new product i never needed almost every day or two but a month for a refund? Call him or you have multiple Managers called Oscar Rodriguez?

Funny you cant find my name when the invoice just says Shawn and it doesn't even have my last name on it. Nice try!! If you need me to forward my emails and invoices to TrustPilot i will be more then happy too.

It is clear that nearly all of this "company" 4-5 star reviews come from fake accounts who only made a single review here. Anyways, I had a terrible experiece with this company, some guy from there offered me assistance with Wikipedia. I accepted, paid, and the job wasn't done AT ALL as descried, total garbage service. May this be a warning to anyone who considers doing business with this shady & inconsistent group.

This has been the worst experience I have had so far in my business. They promised me so many things and have not delivered on any promise. I have asked for my money back several times. I have begged them to help me and even have lost thousands in business revenue because of the negligence and they still have not delivered. They tried to trick me into paying more money after I have paid $6000 by giving me false information that I needed a special security added to my site. They promised me my website would be finished in 8 to 10 business days and that was over 6 months ago and my website is still not functional. I have had several new project managers on my project but still nothing. They keep asking me to start over and give the same information over and over and over to new project managers and still nothing gets done correctly. I am having to learn wordpress myself to figure out how to build my website and now trying to get my site information to put on a different host in order to get another company to help me but they will not give me this information. I just discovered they had never set up my UPS account after giving this information on a few occasion and I was listed on my site as the UK. DO NOT use them they are not who they say they are. Most people still can not find my website by just typing it into the search bar. I have spent so much money and lost so much money with this company and I am still being held hostage by them.
