Caution! Check the returns clause very carefully before you order. I purchased a reborn doll. Workmanship was very poor. To return it I would have had to pay shipping to China - $80. Expensive lesson!! Yes, the vendor responded sounding oh so helpful. Truth is, we traded about a dozen emails. They started offering me a 10% refund, then got up to 30%, but no full refund returns unless I shipped the thing to China at my expense. The product was so very cheap looking, which you can’t determine from a photo. I finally took the 30% and donated the product. In these days of Amazon easy returns, the way this company operates is simply not competitive and unacceptable. Once again, beware!!

Hi I’m very annoyed i ordered a doll and it didn’t arrive as the company stated that I didn’t place an order after I paid and they also stated they didn’t know my name although it stated so in my Amail,Email address

I reluctantly gave this "company" a 1 star. Believe me if I could give it less than this I would! Complete scam!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The dolls they sell, you could easily get a better quality at your local toy shop and get better quality.

I was just about to order six of these dolls. I put them in the cart, but decided to read the reviews, and I’m so happy that I did. I would’ve been pissed to the max had I purchased them and got some dolls that looked nothing like I ordered. If we all would read the apologetic reply’s and how the words and punctuations are placed, we can all see that these scammers are not from the country of the USA. Their responsive reply’s are written in broken English possibly from another country. I can spot them a mile away, and I’m so glad I decided to read these reviews. Caveat Emptor, let the buyer beware!

Wish I would have checked reviews on this company prior to ordering from them. Received my doll in the mail today. And the doll I received was nothing like what was advertised. The head was like 3 times the body. Cheaply made. I wouldn't have even paid $5 for it if I would have come across it in a store. They are nothing but scam artists. But like I told them in my email. Karma is a real thing. And shame on them!!!

Ugly cheap i received 2 of the dolls and yet one has been lost in the mail somewhere... they are telling me to look around the house and streets please...
They gave me 2 mobile numbers to call, cannot get through. i have asked for a full refund Not holding my breath. Service is so poor.. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I would rate this a -100 if I could. This company is a scam and a joke. I ordered twins, a boy and a girl and got 2 girls that look nothing like the pictures and they are the cheapest and most unrealistic dolls. They are nothing like a genuine reborn. We have many authentic reborn. This is false advertising and this company should be sued and our money should be refunded 100%! They tried to gaslight me and blame the clothing making the dolls look different! No, these are cheap, no details. I will pursue further action and from the reviews here seems a good lawsuit should be made.

Ordered a male doll and what arrived was a very cheap version of a supermarket doll that would cost you maybe $5 if even so much and I paid so much more and now when I want to return the doll I get offered a 10% refund, I want a full refund.

We have ordered a baby boy on their website and we received the doll I think the junkyard won't even wants this ugly doll !! We have asked for a full refund and they told us they will refund us only 10%. But on their website their refund policy say they full fully refund is you not happy!! I will name and shame this company on every social media, facebook, twitter, instagram and everywhere i can possibly with photos of what I have ordered, what I received and their refund policy!!

I ordered this doll for my daughter nothing like the picture on website. And I paid for express shipping the reason she wanted it the picture on the website looked liked her when was a baby lesson learned.Wished I had read the reviews before ordering.

Went to order my girls a doll and thank God they didn't accept my card because after reading all these reviews I'm pretty sure it would have NOT been what we were expecting. Seems like a big scam here and I'm glad I read the reviews. Sorry to all the people who paid these ridiculous prices to only be scammed

I bought a doll supposed to be a silicone doll what I got was a hard cheap doll I sure wish I looked at reviews and of course to send it back would cost me $80 what a BIG scam 😳😳😳😡😡

Ordered the Avatar doll and it was awful. Nothing like the picture. Came in some bits of cloth that was supposed to resemble warrior clothes I assume which was not what I ordered. Very reluctant to help me return for a full refund but after a lot of negotiation I managed a refund of £14 less then I paid (would of cost me that in postage anyway)
Absolutely do not recommend as cheap nasty dolls and the images they use are not the dolls they sell.

Read this DO NOT order anything here. This company is in China and you do not want to deal with this headache. I was double charged $97 for a doll I ordered my daughter and instead of refunding me the double charge, they are telling me to take 2 of the same doll which I don't need and refuse to refund me. I am reporting them to the BBB and will make sure this company gets shut down, if they are stealing customers money.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a very cute baby doll and received an ugly, cheap, poorly made dollar-store toy. So ugly it made my daughter cry. This company and their products are garbage! The package arrived from Chino, CA, and after multiple emails back and forth with ZOE and LUCKY, where they offered me increasing amounts of discounts in order to keep their ugly ass doll, they gave me a return address to CHINA! It would cost me more to return this stupid doll to China than what I paid for it.

I ordered my granddaughter a reborn doll from their site. I stupidly didn't read the reviews on this company until after making the purchase(reviews saying it's a company in China & you will not get the doll you ordered you'll get a plastic one instead),so I emailed them emediately and asked them to stop my order and asked for a complete refund! I was scared they wouldn't refund all my money,but thankfully they emailed me back within 30 minutes saying they would and 3 days later all my money was refunded. They were very nice about it,I was very thankful!! Next time I'll do my research before placimg an order.

According to the information about your order, what you received is the same doll you ordered. They were made with the same face kit. Of course, because it is made by hand, there will inevitably be some subtle differences. And wearing different outfits will make them look a little different.

The doll's clothes in the picture are only used for shooting, the clothes are not in stock, so the doll's clothes was be sent at random.
If you are not satisfied, we are willing to compensate you 10% of the value amount,would you agree?

Ordered a doll for my daughter which costs over $150 au and recieved a tiny doll that was nothing like we ordered. U wasn't sure if it's a joke but definitely don't recommend this site liars and send opposite cheap products compared to what you payed for.
