The Company has false advertisement on their website and horrible customer service They advertise the doll in beautiful outfits and with accessories but it comes in an ugly striped diaper and bib. They also have different prices on the dolls but you always get the same doll even if you pay the higher price. Luckily my daughter will play with the doll but I will never shop through them again.

The doll I ordered for my granddaughter a month ago just arrived today. I am so disappointed. The doll I received looks nothing like the doll I ordered. It’s smaller, the hair is different and the complexion is darker. I had a chemical smell to it. This hurt my heart. I am a senior citizen on social security. I sacrificed that my because I wanted my granddaughter to have that doll so bad. All the back and forth I had with them when I was trying to locate the doll has me worned out. I don’t have the fight left in me to pursue this. I wish I had found these reviews before I placed my order.

I ordered Diana on 12/8/21 for our little 4 year old for Christmas and was guaranteed we would have it in 3-7 days. I did not even get confirmation of the order being received til the end of the year and the doll did not arrive until 1/15/22. For a $50 doll (yes, they also charged more than they quoted), we were disappointed but mostly sad we missed it for Christmas. Really silly, but the $1 bear pacifier i included in the purchase does not even fit in the baby's mouth. I will not buy from this company again.

Got my doll but looks NOTHING like it showed in picture! Not happy at all! I wish I could post the two pictures of them.

I paid for a pretty light skin black curly full hair doll with colorful eyes, with just a pamper on and a blanket over her, and they send me a $5 and below doll, that's not worth $5. I have been emailing them for a refund and they steady telling me they will give a 10%, or 25% discount on me another order. I don't won't nothing from this company they is a scam and they know the doll was ship for the US and they tell me I have to ship it to China knowing it cost more then I paid for it to ship it to China, when it didn't come for a China address. They is sad and a big scam. First I was hesitant to buy it cause I didn't know if it was going to be to me in time for the birthday girl, but I should've been checking the reviews, I didn't even think about looking at a review but I watch the site for a week before buying it cause I had COVID-19 and was sick. I wish I could show you all the doll I ask for apposed to the doll they sent me. A fool! they need to be a shame of themselves.

Scam! Do not buy these dolls. They send you cheap China made baby dolls you could find at CVS

One star was the only way for me to write a review. DO NOT Fall for creativegiftss Scam the dolls arrived one month late from the date that was mentioned on the site which was 7-10 days also the dolls were extremely small and Ugly my girls called them chucky dolls (scarey) I am so mad at myself for Not doing my research before I purchased these dolls. The dolls have a very strong smell we could smell them from miles away. I am livid creativegiftss count your days!!!!

Honestly I would give 0 if I could. I ordered a doll at the beginning of December for Christmas for my daughter. Despite asking many times when the item was coming it never arrived until mid January. Customer service is terrible, but most of all was the entire experience. I receive a home made awfully wrapped in an amazon random paper package. It was half the size the doll showned in the website picture. The doll is super small, ugly, the face is smashed and enlarged (nothing to do with the grace and beauty of the pic), there is no recepit, nothing. She smells like petrol and burned ashes. I asked 3 times for my money back, and yet no action taken. It's a product that you can find at a flea market for 0.50cent and you pay $35. Extremely unsatisfactory!

Scam ! this doll is a dollar store doll that looks nothing like the website picture and after waiting 2 weeks it came and I’m so f————— mad about it. I tried to leave a review on their website and it wouldn’t let me. Don’t waist your time and money.

Worst doll I’ve ever seen, I could have bought the same quality of doll at Dollar General. I paid over $120 for 2 dolls for Christmas for my granddaughters, they were so misrepresented. Even the customer service for the company told me they take pictures and then beautify the face. So so mad!!!

Just dont do it. Its a normal small doll with an big price tag. Bad advertisement all around. They got me good. Think about it, dont wont let you post a pic of it.

This company is Fraudulent. Your order will be late and you'll be highly disappointed by the product. They'll ask you for a pic if you request a refund then offer you 10%. They'll claim each one looks different. They're made of highly toxic smelling chemicals. Bogus... Hope this company gets the reviews it deserves.

I wouldn’t even give one star. Terrible product. COMPLETELY different doll from the photo on the website. The customer service was great until I asked for a refund then they ignored me.

We did not receive our order timely, we did not receive the correct item we ordered once it was delivered. We contacted customer service and as compensation for our dissatisfaction they offered us a 15% discount. Be wary of this company, the product lacks quality, the prices are opportunistic and the customer service is virtually non existent. Shame on me for not checking them out before ordering - although, my husband found them - so shame on him, lol!

I am only giving this company one star because it is the only way to right a review. I would otherwise give them ZERO! I ordered a doll Dec. 6, 2021 as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter . After not receiving it as Christmas got closer, I emailed the company and surprisingly got a response stating to not worry, the doll would arrive by Christmas, however it normally takes 20 business days from date of order. In my response I told them they should say this on their website.
Finally 2 1/2 weeks after Christmas I received my order, only to open and find #1, was not the doll I ordered and #2, was most certainly not a real looking doll but rather looks like the sister of scary movie Chucky!! She will be perfect to dress for a frightening Halloween, I’m sure my granddaughter will be thrilled!
I will admit that I should have read reviews prior to ordering and in the future will be sure to do so. Please DO NOT ORDER from this company.

I really wish I would have seen this before my daughter purchased her doll. It is so disappointing to see that the dolls look nothing alike. I understand that there will be differences because they are hand painted but they look like completely different dolls and you can’t position the doll the same as in the picture.

Dolls did not look like picture and they gave me a 9$ refund out of the 45$ i spent it’s honestly so sad i really hope they go out business

I am exceedingly disappointed with my Creativegiftss experience.

I ordered a Reborn doll shortly after Thanksgiving 2021 for my great-grandchild. I had hoped to give it to her for Christmas. I did not receive the doll until January 4th, 2022. As a result,I was forced to purchase another doll from a more reputable company in order to meet the December 25th deadline.( Santa can not be late!)

After patiently waiting for my delivery, I was saddened to see that the company sent the wrong doll! I ordered the Vivienne doll and received the Diaz doll. In addition, the Diaz doll did not look anything like the advertised picture, and it was missing hair bows, socks and shoes.

I was looking forward to receiving what I thought I ordered. The service department responded to my text correspondences in a timely fashion. The company does NOT have a customer service phone number. All Customer service issues have to be communicated via text.

The doll I ended up with is an ordinary doll that could be found in any generic toy store. If your aim is to purchase a doll that looks like a real baby DO NOT patronize Creativegiftss.

I am writing this review to save future patrons from aggravation, and disappointment.

TOTAL SCAM!!!! I ordered 2 dolls and never received anything. I can't get a straight answer from them. No phone number, just emails. They say "be patient" every time like its an automated response. The tracking is a joke. It says that my dolls left the country of origin 3 different times. Please don't order from these people. I don't understand why somebody can't shut them down.
Update: finally received the dolls. They are NOT the dolls that are pictured. They are very small and their hair is very thin and balding. Looks like Dollar Store dolls. I ordered the silicone bodies and got hard plastic.
