Purchased two dog harnesses
Purchased two dog harnesses. Didn't work as advertised. They did authorize the return. I followed their instructions as requested. Sending picture of harnesses and packaging to show there wasn't any damage. Was sent a return label. I repackaged with the label they supplied and sent back. After several months of emails back and forth, me asking if they had received and them saying no. I finally gave up in trying to get my refund. I've watched Caesar for years and never would of figured that someone identified with him would rip you off. Do not buy from this company.

The training leash is nice and the price is good too. The only problem was not being able to track my package. It said waiting to ship for 2 weeks, then I received it and had to go on the site to mark that I received it.

Order wrong twice now
I just received my second order and the size is still wrong. First time I ordered a medium and got a large, second time I ordered a medium and got a small. I wont be ordering again, dont want to waste my time and money. Bad service.

Uncomfortable grip
I am a huge fan of Cesar Millan so I ordered the training leash. Maybe it's just me but the material is uncomfortable against my fingers, I was hoping for something that wouldn't chafe. Also I assumed the large leash would be ok for dogs over 65 pounds but it wasn't clear from the listing. When I emailed I was told there is no return policy, so I guess I'll just wear gloves.
