WASTE OF MONEY

If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose it. The customer service is a robot, they do not send out emails when they say that they do. The quality overall is cheap and NOT worth the money. The blankets are like a piece of cut cloth. I wouldn't have this in my house publicly. If you want a piece of cheap piece of cloth for whatever use BUT want to spend a lot of money on it, buy it here. I wouldn't recommend this store to even the person I hated the most in this world. Goodluck.

I tried to go ahead and file a claim and my order number and it shows certificate expired. I cannot write a review on the person I was speaking with AKA the robot, and I cannot file the claim. This is clearly them attacking me not allowing me to file the claim because they KNOW their products are worth less than $10.

This is the most Beautiful Sentiment Blanket and very oversized and warm, very well made. The words are exact from my heart. My daughter was in tears. I Highly recommend.

We ordered a 80x60 blanket for my mom for Christmas, it got here in a timely manor and it shouldn't have fit in our mailbox but it did. When we laid over the top of our queen size bed it didn't cover the top of our bed like it should have. The print was exactly what we ordered and looked good, it is a bit thin but my mom being a quilter can always add a backing to it since there is no binding on the sides of the blanket.

BUYER BEWARE. As soon as I opened the package, I noticed white lines going through and the crappy quality. I asked for a refund numerous times and they want to send me a reprint. It looks like a $10 blanket you can buy off the side of the road. Horrible. Sadly, it looks like I'm not the only one who's having similar quality control issues. Update: The new blanket is alittle better but one of the 2 t-shirts had poor printing quality. They declined my request for a new shirt. Overall, I'm keeping my one star rating.

I love the fabric the shirt came perfect and it fits perfect I was even able to customize the back with my boyfriends name and our little saying ❤️🥰 and it didn’t take long to come either

I ordered a blanket from them. The blanket looks great but it’s not the one I ordered. I ordered it for my mom but it came in as a father blanket. I’m a little upset about it.

The quality of the blanket I ordered is poor and the screen print is spotty. I am extremely disappointed in this product. You really need to check you craftsmanship before you ship your products to the customer.

Ordered a blanket from them on 5 Oct. They sent a text on 6 Oct that it shipped. The link provided had a DHL tracking number which when checked indicated that DHL has received shipping information but not the package. Until a couple weeks ago, how it say no package with that number is in their system. I have attempted to contact the company through their web site and the only options is through there menu chooses, which always reply that they have COVID delays and to contact the shipping company. The provided phone number only tells you that it shipped and to use the web site. No way to contact.

I ordered a blanket for my daughter. I had £45.18 taken out of my account on the 5th Oct. Still no item received. I cant contact them either. Wouldn't trust this company

I received my order yesterday. I was very disappointed with the quality of the fleece. The material is VERY thin. Not sure it will withstand to many washings. The quality reminds me of a 8.99 throw from Walmart. I have ordered 2 other blankets(from a different Co) and I hope the quality is better than this one. I expected more for the price that I paid.

I purchased 2 blankets for my sons and 1 for my daughter. They absolutely love them!!

We ordered 2 mother throw blankets for our daughters. They only took about 5 days to ship and we really like them.
We are sure that the girls will love them.

Great product due to covid took a lil longer to receive in the mail but it's has a great feel to to soft and durable and the writing on it was on spot I will recommend the product but feel that it's a lil pricey for the one item I bought

The blanket I order for my husband came with in a week. He loves it says it's so soft and warm

I ordered 3 blankets for my sons and daughter. My daughter cried it is so beautiful and my sons what so proud to have one of their own. The material is soft. Will be ordering for my 6 grandchildren soon. Thank so much for a wonderful product.
