all very beautiful designs and timely fulfillment. Somewhat disappointed that a lot of the plus size small B cups do not have a lot of the other selections that come in smaller selections. Also, when not offering a half cup to allow more breast to show is a bummer, would allow for natural beauty to be present along with colirful bra

I love the high quality, well fitting and supportive under things. They are comfortable yet feminine and beautiful.

Kudos on sizing, pricing and pleasing appearance, you have it all, including delivery.

never recieved my order after a very long time. not acceptable. contacted customer service no response. never buy another item from these people

quality and variety is very good fits are always good customs orders can be little, long but worth the wait, would highly recommend Lacy Hint if you like something special

I’ve ordered from LH a few times before. Like one of my other lingerie sites it takes awhile as it is made to order from Eastern Europe. This time it’s been almost 2 months.
EDIT: I am revising this review, apparently my email communication with them got messed up or something. Anyway, they came through with shipping me my order and giving me a partial refund for the errors. I still will order from them

Never received my order, have been unable to get any response from customer service

One of the two items we bought were not available, received a handwritten note that you would credit us for another item, I sent an email never got a response.

I received my order but it wasn't my order that was sent to my home. I received a package with another persons items inside. Don't know where my order was sent to.

Realized the product was not what was shown in advertising wasn’t the same shipped got full refund thanks

Needed to return an item I bought because it was too big. I emailed and never got a response from anyone. I tried to fill out return form online and it would not allow me to print or say why I needed to return it. I placed it in the mail and hope I get my money back. That's all I can do. No customer service is bad! Don't think I will be ordering again. Bra was also not as pretty as it was online. Looked different.

You have frustrated me to the end. I have been a great longtime customer my wife’s drawers are filled with your products. Always been satisfied til last order….
Order #VASZNZCK placed 1/13/23. First shipment sent to Santa Monica, Ca. Who knows why?? After 5-6 emails we were told order re- shipped but we only received one of two of the outfits ordered. 3-4 more emails to customer support. Most if not almost all go unanswered! Finally Sandra responds apologizes and said we are getting a full credit and the missing outfit is on its way. Never got the 2nd outfit NOR the credit!! Sandra has gone silent to the last 3 emails I sent directly to her. Furthermore, I copied all emails and included a written letter mailed to your HQ Att: Customer Service. Never heard a peep back. You guys really screw this up and I can assure you I’ll never order again unless someone gets off their gaming terminal and actually responds to a VALUABLE, FREQUENT CUSTOMER!!!

I am still waiting for the rest of my order-1 black bra. I received two of three items and have not received a reply back letting me know when this will ship to me. I placed this order six weeks ago+\-

Your website never sends the email to get my new password. Very annoying

The order has taken over 45 days so far. It has not arrived- but I did get an email asking about the quality of service- which was 5 days ago- but still no delivery. It's pretty rubbish, really. I have emailed to ask what's going on but got no reply yet.
