their new collection is amazing! so many new things to chose from and everything i ordered fit me perfectly! my boyfriend loved these lingerie pieces 😍

I don't understand who writes reviews that the quality of the clothes is good? It's just awful, as if it was bought in China, where it was sewn from the most terrible material. And if you decide to return it, you won't be able to do it! They require you to attach a paper with the order, which I don't have, it didn't come to my email when I ordered, and I can't enter the account, because it's as if it doesn't exist. They did everything so that you wouldn't return anything to them. I feel like I was simply deceived and it's awful. All the dresses are see-through due to the quality of the material, and the underwear is simply unpleasant to wear, it's stiff and itchy.

This is the most amazing lingerie company. Customer service is so professional and easy to work with. The quality of the lingerie is exceptional and makes me feel so beautiful. Highly recommend investing in quality pieces from this brand.

Do not buy from this company. I accidentally purchased a bra with an old card, e-mail and previous address. I attempted to cancel the order but customer service said the package had already shipped (which is impossible because I emailed them immediately) so since they wouldn’t cancel the order and give me a refund I just decided to forget the $30 and take the bra. THEN when I finally get the bra, the material is cheap and tacky and I couldn’t even get it on before the strap ripped! Wish I could upload pictures for evidence. Awful. I want to return but also don’t even want to deal with this company anymore

Excellent customer service. Did not quite fit as I had hoped so was able to return and exchange with ease.

The clothing I ordered was possibly the best fit I could have asked for. The customer service helped with every problem I had and made sure I was satisfied.

This is the first time I have ordered there products so I'm not sure of the quality. However their customer service is amazing. One of the bralettes I ordered ended up being out of stock and they emailed me and said I could pick two more to replace it out of five collections. I sent what I wanted and they immediately updated my tracking information and I should be getting my bralettes soon. Awesome

Don't buy from them!! The sizes they are providing wouldn't fit a doll!! I wear size xs a ordered s/m thought it would be loose but but came in a size of my hand!! Therefore they do not proceed the refunds only store credit which is pointless if the size aren't for a normal person. The material is so see through you can see the other side of the world 🙃 Paid 50$ for something that will go straight to a trash. Don't believe in these positive reviews as they are probably bots.

Please DO NOT BUY there. I order sets and unfortunately do to improper sizing on their website, they did not fit.( If you are Ds - even large will be too small for barrettes)
I returned the sets the following day, but did not get refund - they offered the credit, but nothing will fit there for me..... Also, they accused me of wearing the panties, which I did not even tried...
Lastly, I sent several emails to request their customer service number (it is not posted online - business without the number already is concern), they refused to provide saying that they will not help me....

Honestly, really disappointed. For context, I'm a 36D, usually about a size 12, and ordered specifically from the "Size D and up" section. Nothing fits. The bands are extraordinarily tight, and my breast are overflowing from the cups (to an unwearable point). I also ordered a seamless thong in a size Large and it barely fits. It's not news that womens fashion hate larger women, it's just so misleading that they would even have a "D and up" section when they clearly only cater to skinny people.
