As the rest have said, this is a SCAM company. I had £35 taken out of my account and my bank said they could dispute it but would have to stop my card. So annoying and of course illegal

They tried to take 33.23 out of my account early hours of the morning, I cannot even remember engaging with this company, I reported it straight away and bank refunded straight away, they must have this company on some sort of list to refund so quickly.

This company has taken money out of my account for nothing I didn't receive anything from them first it was 0.18 the £38 but my bank declined it I don't even know who the company is to contact them

Money was tried to be taken out for loan. I did not fill in the complete forms. I said nor a accept anything. I wish to cancel this.

Another one fallen to scam 01613125979 out of use says they have gone against there own terms I have disputed transaction and emailed on info @creditcupid .co. uk with no reply .

Beware a scam.Took money out of my account without my permission. Cant find anyway to get hold of the company to get my money back.

A total scam took 33.23 from my bank overnight spoke to my bank today and they very kindly put it back in my account by the end of the day they told me I am not the only one who has been conned but at least the bank has repaid it for me you can only contact the company by email then they say your email isn't registered to them so they ask for your bank details so they can refund you but don't that's so they can take more out total scam stay clear

Be very careful with CreditCupid. When applying they’ll charge you 17p where you think it’s to verify your card but you’ve actually been subscribed to a monthly charge of around £33.00 without your knowledge. This happened to me this morning.

If this has happened to you also email info@ creditcupid .co. uk and threaten to report them to the police and FCA. They’ll refund your transaction within 3-5 working days. Hope this helps 👍🏾

Have just discovered on my online bank account £35.39 has been taken out my bank account last night !!! Who is this company. Am disgusted I need to do urgent food shop this morning I only get benefits. No idea who this company is complete fraud have already informed my solicitor who is already of the company and reported them. Thank you to everyones comments. I will email them now give them 2 hours to process refund if not my solicitor will be contacting them and publishing them as scam artists. How on earth are they getting all our bank details all very worrying

scammers! Anyone know how to contact these people? Like everyone else on here I was ticking a box to verify my application for a loan, then have £30 odd taken from my bank in the early hours. Disgraceful. No way to contact them, can't even find a website?

UPDATE! I’ve given them an extra star as I’ve received my refund after contacting them using the details I mention in the post below. Still absolutely raging that they conned me in the first place but at least they came through with the cash. Hope you’ve all had some success.
