Stay away from this company. They will do spam calls to your 3 generations. Even your unborn children will be getting spam calls from this company.

I am compelled to share my unfortunate experience with CreditQ, a company that claims to run a call center business. The daily onslaught of harassment calls, numbering between 800-900, has created an unbearable situation.

They used an automated voice call to harass people. You can file a complaint with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) against unsolicited calls or harassment. also to your service provider.

CreditQ doing total harassment of peoples through various Phone calls. They use automated bot calls computer generated millions of different different numbers, in whole day 400 to 600 calls daily basis, call frequency 3-4 calls per minutes, Sharp from morning 9 am to 9pm at Night continuously, on holydays also they harass me from last 3 Months.

Total fraud company, without knowing the other party and reason for dispute, they keep calling. Any person can register with the and can hire them to harass anybody. They don’t have any logical solution. They don’t even bother to resolve the issue. Client get irritated and do not resolve issue at all in future and spread bad names for you if you will hire them. You will stop getting business from other clients too.

People don't waste your hard-earned money with creditq. This is not less than a scam. After receiving money they will never answer your call. Person who will sell you this membership going to switch off the phone. First, they will show you nice demo on your personal number but all is scam. I have paid fot two firms mine. Raised complaint for two companies. Today its been more than 3-4 months. No update. All numbers i had of creditq are switched off. If you want to try then try calling at customer care number on thier website it will be switched off. If you write an email also on thier customer care email no reply. Already you have lost or awaiting money from your customer and end up.loosing more by purchasing thier membership. Warn you again dont buy this scam creditq membership. I regret daily why i took thier subscription yearly. Save yourself or else regret like me later

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE , they think they are above law and court . They use automated bot calls whole day to harass people even without knowing the actual situation between the parties . They don’t even bother to ask opposite parties. Also, there are many clients of mine who settled their credit then also they are getting harrased through various automated calls , you will get 1000 of calls from 9 am to 9pm.
This company is totally fraud and people should file consumer case against them . Some of my clients have already filed the complaint and thus stopped getting calls . If abyone is facing such situation kindly file a consumer or court case against them.

There is totally harrasment after registration first they commits false promises after registration they don't Pick up the phone no senior official hears your problem my resistration of defaulter was done year back but the results are not up to the mark . Customers before registering think twice they only mean for there service charges my suggestion is is to fight indugally and not to depend on creditq because it is target base company and for that they gave false commitment and there is no effect on sibbal which they commit that it will low the sibbal score so please be careful
