I have sent my daily fake call record to your support team and I am also going to give it to the police so you guys are harassing me please take note.

The people in the company doesn't bother to know what went wrong between the clients. they simply push recorder voice calls to the opposite client without attemting to make a call and see what went worng between them.
Inspite of repeatedly explaining them about the payments made they are not in a position to listin they are simply switching off the phone and are not picking the calls when we tried again and again and pushing of recorded voice calls are being pushed till late 09:00PM and the company staff swichoff their mobiles by 05:00 PM.
They need to understand the issue first and if they find that the issue is geniune then only they can push the voice recorded calls to the opposite client

Its very annoying and irritating to continuously recieve calls 4-5 times in s day. Inspite of we repeatedly requesting them to DND my number, I have been bombarded with automated calls from several numbers. Howmuch ever you block these numbers, they still keep coming. There must be stricter laws and fines imposed on such companies.

This company is totally fraud .I have taken their membership after payment there is no response from the company or any person.and they will not pick ur phone.i will suggest everyone who want to join this co. I filed a cybercrime complaint against this creditq company for making hundreds of pre recorded calls at our company's number. They are calling on behalf of one of the courier company which has not delivered the service, however still asking for money which is not ethical. We have also served legal notice to that courier company who shared the details of our company without our consent. also Those who are facing similar problems must file a cybercrime complaint against this company.

It's been a year now and they have charged us for 2 years. We have waited for 1 year so that we could get some money from the creditors which they claim will be done if we join them however they themselves are fraud and does not provide any legal support instead they will ask you to sign the consent form and in which it is mentioned that now you have to give some part of amount if got recovered which is fine but the issue areas are two things, one that they can do anything to the creditors on your behalf and charge you for the same which is a big grey area plus all the money which they could get will be first deposited in their bank account, by which you could never get to know if the account is settled or not. Request you not to join any of these kind of companies. They say MSMECIBIL which is also a private name using govt organization names. Dont fall for this

I have not taken any bank loan or from anyone. I am an employee & still getting so many calls.its a private company not registered with govt. Or any tie up. Without any proof, how can u harass somebody. I will take legal action against this firm. Their customer care also doesn't works. 3rd class company.

No response from their side. Once you pay them , you will not get any response. Waste of money. Please refrain from using their services

My experience with CreditQ is very good my business is very much increased after using CreditQ services. These are fake rumours who are spreading that CreditQ is not useful . It is like a blessing for businesses
