The Staff was very Polite and Caring. They made our Dream of having our Very Own Ark Survival Ascended Cluster Possible. They even set it up for us and gave us Information on how to run it and do Backups. Even helped us with Configuring our Mods... They passed their knowledge on to us without asking for extra Fees... They charge a Flat Rate with No hidden costs.

Easy to setup and fixed a problem I encountered quickly and efficiently. High marks for professionalism!

I have used CreeperHost for about a year or two now and support is always fast to respond. The servers come up quickly and their platform is easy to use compared to other hosts I have used in the past.

As an improvement for first customer experience , it would be nice to know what is happening, no detailed description is needed, however , when i was stuck on creating a VM screen for nearly 30min. i did not know if something is stuck or process has occured an error. So something like an "loading screen" would be great.

Also when everything was created, i encountered another confusement, because i did not see the left bar with the server settings, but after some time it magically appeared. I would also suggest putting some information for the customer, to let them know the server is still setting up. As i was completely clueless if something is working or not working.

There was a problem importing a world save from my PC, but tech support helped me work through getting it corrected.

From the beginning, the server was full which wasn't really an issue, but had to wait more than an hour for a change in server location. Once done it was a headache to get the actual game server up and running. The UI is buggy and slow and not very user intuitive. The deals and pricing are the only reason I'm giving it a two star and not one. Thanks anyway.

Wow Wow Wow, got to say this is and will be the best experience I've had with support ever in my life. I had my first issue in creeper Host since I first started hosting services, and was scared to see that my estimated wait time to see a support mod was +40 min, but saw that I was able to go onto disc. Went there and got help within seconds! No need to verify who I am because it does it automatically when joining their discord, it asks to authorize and you just click yes. The support staff was super friendly and promptly diagnosed my issue and even waited to see if its working or not. Fixed within 10 minutes. Gotta say 10/10! Creeperhost doing bits.

The customer service ( Matthew G.) Was excellent and verry helpful, He kept at the issue till it was resolved and looked further to see if there was any other issues that might also cause tps and fps to go down.

Travis was very patient and helpful by teaching me about the missing knowledge gaps I had to better understand how to configure my server!

Very easy to set up a server. Great for my son and I to connect to one another and play a game together.
