My worst experience ever with an online retailer.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 21 January with delivery due within 5-7 business days. Now, after 16 business days (ie, 3 calendar weeks), I am still yet to receive any communication regarding the shoes being dispatched.

I have (1) phoned the number on the website/Instagram several times normally and via WhatsApp calls (2) emailed the support email twice and (3) DM'd CrepsUK on Instagram with NO REPLY/ANSWER from any of my attempts to resolve the situation.

I'd have been a lot more forgiving if I'd had some response and/or explanation but instead, I am currently just sitting here with £240 out of my account without any update on the status of my order or the ability to cancel the order, assuming that the delay is because the shoes aren't coming! I just want to receive the shoes which I have purchased and CrepsUK don't have the courtesy to update me on what is going on.

I have never written a review for anyone but felt I had to after probably the poorest support experience I have ever had.

Creps UK were one of a few online retailers that had my size and shoe in stock, and most reasonably priced. My creps arrived exactly one week after placing an order. Shoes are amazing and 100% authentic. I will certainly be returning for more creps. The reason i havent given 5 stars is the delay in receiving a response to my query after ordering. Though i did receive an explanation after. Nevertheless my experience overall is great and i would have no hesitation ordering more creps from them.

I purchased a pair of Uggs for a Christmas present and was amazed by the excellent service I received. The shoes arrived the following day after the order, and was sent tracking updates to ensure I was in to receive the package. Very happy with the service, and would shop here again.

Zero communication.

I purchased a pair of Uggs from the CrepsUK website on Wednesday the 13th.

I received a purchase confirmation email and then two days later a received a call, which I unfortunately missed the call, but I called back a mere 10 minutes later and no-one picked.

I have tried calling, emailing and messaging their social media pages, but have received absolutely no response on any platform.

I have no idea what is happening with my order and except from receiving two marketing emails, have heard nothing from CrepsUK.

I never write reviews, but the complete lack of customer service is so bad from CrepsUK that I've felt compelled to leave this review today.

Avoid.

Customer service subpar as well as online inventory

Website says that concierge delivery is available for delivery in London, but I was told to select 1-2 day shipping at check out. Package did not arrive during that and customer service was unresponsive to emails and WhatsApp messages after the order was placed.

Creeps are selling faulty returns items at higher prices

This is my reply to Creps Review reply

1- I wish I could post pictures of both pairs of shoes I’ve received both were faulty at stitching so please do not tell me you take quality seriously

2- a receipt from JD came with one of my shoes with someone else’s name and address so that clearly is someone else’s faulty return that you are trying to sell on…

3- I was told I’ll get partial refund of £10 (laughable) when you spend over £200 with them but anyway never received it!

PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM
