Your order was placed on 1 March and was dispatched the following day on 2 March via Royal Mail Tracked 24. A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details was sent that evening.
Unfortunately, the delay appears to have occurred within the Royal Mail delivery network, which is outside of our control once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have already refunded the £10 premium delivery charge, and we have continued to assist via email while monitoring the shipment with Royal Mail. We aim to reply every email in 48 hours.
