Its a scam! The quality of their shoes is worse than poor, and to try to get a hold of them is not even possible! Dont buy anything from them!!!!!!!

Avoid buying from Shoesepic. I spent £196,00 on a pair of trainers. They arrived eventually with no paperwork. They were unsuitable and I wanted to return them straight away according to Shoesepic 30 day no hassle returns policy and my legal right. There was no link on the website so I sent them an email requesting a return, I got a reply asking why I wanted to return. I replied stating they were unsuitable. Since then I have been totally ignored despite repeated emails and text messages. I have tried calling the published contact phone number numerous times and not once got a reply. I even travelled up to the published company location in London. It was a virtual address and nobody had heard of Shoesepic !! That photo of a warehouse door is the side of a supermarket and hasn't been opened in years. DO NOT trust your money with SHOESEPIC. They are a rogue company registered overseas. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered shoes for my husband and they did not fit. Spend almost £300! Send them back. I know they received the return but never send a new pair or gave a refund. Shame on you Epic shoes!

Firstly was informed that it would only take 4 days for the trainers to be delivered and that ended up taking nearly two weeks and secondly I ordered a UK size 8 and have been sent a UK size 10

Despite the full refund promise on the website, the minute I requested the refund, I have been ghosted leading me to raise a payment dispute with my bank. The product arrived with much delay, questionable authenticity, customer service has been shocking ... not much else to add ! super disappointing all round.

Do not buy from this company !!! I’ve been waiting on returns information for 12 days now. They say they have a link on their website. They don’t !. There is an email which they responded to once and now are not responding. A phone number that no one answers . I’m entitled to return an item according to their on policy but this company obviously doesn’t want to take my item back and give me a refund which is my right as a customer . Any other company I need to return an item to the returns process is so straight forward and instant.
Avoid at all cost!!!!!

I won't to send the product back but no address iv taken the trainers to a JD store and said the they are not there brand

I bought a pair of vapormax for 163 received them and clearly the was counterfeit i am luck as I no what I was looking at as I have multiple pairs of genuine vapormax

The shoes I ordered are great, but sadly the experience of buying from the company wasn't. Delivery was extremely slow and I had to chase multiple times to get information. I ordered two pairs and subsequently decided to return one pair. The returns process isn't easy either. There's no obvious way to process a return on the website, it took two days to get the information.

As it stands now I am still waiting for confirmation that the item I returned has been received (I sent it tracked and know that it was signed for a week ago). I can only hope that I actually get my money back from the returned item they aren't cheap.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Ordered 2 Vapormax. Took nearly 2 weeks to come then opened the first box, absolutely horrendous quality. Didn’t even bother opening the second pair. Emailed to request a return for a refund. Up until now, I am still waiting for the return information. Tried calling, emailing etc, still nothing…

Please do not order from this company, they are trash, selling fake Yeezys. My order took over 2 weeks to arrive and when I enquired about where my items were, they sent me an email which was not addressed to me but to/ with someone else’s name stating that my order was on its way but it didn’t arrive until a week later. I know their marketing looks good, too good so, if it’s too good to be true, it mostly like isn’t true at all. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to lose out.

Bought some vaporflys from this site in summer. Only wore them this week and realised they are FAKES.

As of 29/11/2024 still not received my goods. Keep putting the dates back, give me a link to Hermes that hasn’t changed and took money straight away. Contacted them loads of times and refusing to cancel order even though it hasn’t been sent. Dodgy and now I’m out of pocket with no goods. And trainers I promised my daughter for Christmas.

It's with delivery people and they still not giving it where we angry can you please find out. I want to know I found out they are fakes please do not buy from this company they are not originals I took them to Jordan people so I could put a protector under the shoes they tell me they are fakes very good fakes

Don’t buy any of these fake Yeezys from this company. I made an enquiry before purchasing to check whether they were original and authentic, which they said they were. I asked further questions to which they told me these were original and authentic and if I had any issues I could get a full refund within 30 days. I purchased them on that basis and they took 2 weeks to arrive which was alarming. When they arrived, I checked against the original pairs I have and these were fake. Tried making contact with them but no one has come back to me to get a refund, it’s been over 30 days.

When my order finally got delivered, it was actually the correct product that I had ordered.

The customer service is excellent—the team was knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced.
