*Lovely helpful staff who explain and make sure everything is understood and answer any questions at time of set up (or indeed any other time iv had to contact them during my time using this service )

*Very lovely staff if seen when at unit always say hello , 👋
*Always plenty of trollies to load/unload items

as mentioned I don't have a bad word to say and can't praise them all enough 🙌 so if looking for storage facilities in the stirling area I'd definitely recommend here 😀

A great storage facility
Helpful friendly staff, very clean units kept at a good temperature. After several months in storage my furniture came out of storage with not even a spec of dust on them.
Access very easy with plenty of trolleys available.

Great facilities. All storage units are indoors so no need to worry about the weather.

Affordable, great service, good space.
The service is quick responding and fast to set up an account and a storage unit. Theyre good at explaining how it works. Got a student discount as well which I didnt know of. Storage units have great space and are most affordable in Stirling

A nine month stay….
After quite a rough spell to get started, with my original unit being locked upon arrival, and then having to keep my belongings in a hire van over time, and thus losing my deposit and having to pay for an additional day, things did improve.
Erin was very helpful sorting out the original issues, and upon giving notice and moving out, Leah was superb.
Would I recommend? Yes, the actual storage and access was top drawer, but the original issues take the star away
