Fairy Liquid Scam

The ordinary and cheapest Fairy Liquid, which we all loved so much, no longer exists....its just a watered down facsimile and no better, sometimes worse, than the cheapest supermarket. The expensive Power variations work like the old Fairy Liquid at 10 times the cost. I would not trust Proctor and Gamble for anything after this scam.

FLASH SPARKLING GLASSES SPRAY -beware before use

BEWARE - this product strips all type of paints from a glass surfaces, it's so strong like a specific paint strip chemical product. My beautiful glass table lamp was 7 yrs old and cleaned weekly using every other type of glass cleaning sprays, is now completely ruined & unusable. They will /should get in loads of trouble for saying " instructions on the bottle advise to avoid using on painted surfaces". There's no glass cleaning product in the UK market that has the ability to dissolve a paint on a glass surface! Therefore how many people reads every small typed detail on the back of the products? My actual degree is in Social, Organisational and Industrial Psychology, believe me customer behaviour is based on past product experiences. Therefore, they transfer this knowledge e.g. " I spray any product which is called glass cleaning spray, on a glass surface and it would do the job attitude, is probably as high as %90 of the population! I'm extremely surprised that P& G has not done enough research before introducing a new product to the market. Small print @back will not help!

Short Expiry Dates and Customer No-Service…

The Crest White Strips product works fine when the company sends product that can be used before the expiration date. My last order had such a short expiry date that it is impossible for me to use it before it expires. Sadly, Crest/P&G's customer service is very subpar and its representatives don't care about my silly issue. As far as Crest/P&G is concerned, I received the product I purchased, so there isn't an issue. Crest/P&G already has my money, so case closed.

Have always used Fixodent Complete…

Have always used Fixodent Complete Neutral (A Procter & Gamble product) – not perfect but better than the rest – unfortunately this is getting very hard to find in shops, online or in the UK chemists now - P&G must be fazing the product out, so being a loyal customer, I thought I would try their latest version (Fixodent professional) as P&G state on the box "OUR ULTAMATE ADHEASIVE CREEM” I was hopeful, but what a disappointment!! This stuff holds your dentures about the same as Princes chicken past but without the taste _ absolutely useless!!

Flash speed mop

Flash speed mop. Another Flash cleaning product that will no doubt end up in the bin the way the dust magnet went.
I have tried it a couple of times with the wet cloths. The cloths I find do not easily stay in the locations on the mop head and the cloth did pull out a couple of times. The mop seems only to able to be used in a forward or pushing motion. If you pull the mop back towards you whilst cleaning, the mop head has a tendency to roll over itself onto an edge so you can't mop backwards. It does not collect all floor dust or dirt either. I find it leaves wet clumps of dust over the floor that have to be picked up afterwards negating the point of using the mop in the first place. The TV ad says for daily use. If used daily there would be little or no dust to collect so it may work.
Overall, not impressed. Just another gimmick that works well in the ads but not in the real world.

Febreze - sticky mess.

Febreze - sticky mess.

They have a sticker at the top of the bottle telling you what the product is, as though the label isn't enough. When you peel it off it leaves a sticky residue over the grip, which is difficult to remove.

They must have had a team of monkeys working around the clock to come up with that idea.

One of their products which I like is…

One of their products which I like is the tooth pastes called blend-a-med. If I'm not mistaken, this is their product. It is very good for the teeth. It makes them white and irresistible to cold, sweet, etc.

Gillette shave gel that says cool but did the opposite to me 😱

Gillette shave gel
The customer service team just go round in circles to confuse you or say get medical attention as we are not qualified to assist if one of our products burns you but we can give you a voucher (£1.5 - 2) to replace product ridiculous
And can’t say if anyone else has had a problem with this product
Maybe they haven’t got back to me for a couple of weeks because solicitors have contacted them
One reply I got was we really are concerned but we’re knocking off in a couple of minutes so I’ll pass the details on to someone else but in the meantime go a see a chemist or get medical attention
Nightmare customer service ❗️😱🤬💨
