Worst experience ever. It's been a year and a half and I am still waiting for the call confirming if I can book my last appointment for the invisalign. Which by the way was a complete waste of money. Came to them wanting braces, and concerned with one of my front tooth that broke, the whole assignment has been handled by nurses (you will never see a proper doctor) they convinced to get invisalign instead. That my tooth could be fixed in the end of the treatment. There were no attachments to hold the braces on the teeth. They filed my front bottom teeth to create space and it felt like I had been to the butchers, no numbing cream, nothing. My lips were damaged and bleeding, it was a horrible experience. No care whatsoever. Eventually my broken tooth, broke even more and they wanted more money to print new set of braces, when it's not normal to have a whole set of 23 trays printed in one go and handed out to a customer. In the middle of the treatment I kept telling them the braces did not fit in right they claimed that would go to place in the end of treatment and probably I would had to pay extra to print another 4 to 5 sets of trays.
It's been a year an a half never got my final appointment, it's impossible to book anything, ringed at least 5 more times and never got a call back. Never got the retainers and whitening I paid for as package. As I live far away from Northampton end up going to a genuine dentist and have real braces again. AVOID MY CLINIQUE, IT'S A SCAM.

I paid in full for my clear braces, they where shut down mid-near the end of my treatment plan. I just tried to call to see if they're open yet as I did receive and email in Jan to sign up to the company that "took over" but the phone number i dialed "redirected" me to a payment line that says I owe them money. I paid in full, up front! I honestly can't understand any of this. My teeth aren't straight because I need a treatment where they file the teeth so I can fit in my next tray... I've been wearing the same tray since December. Its a shambles. Don't trust them...

I have not had any treatment with this practice. However, I emailed them on 6th May 2022 with some questions about the treatment on offer. As of 19th May 2022 I have not had the courtesy of a reply. Why bother having a contact address if you are not prepared to answer prospective clients’ legitimate questions?

I don't usually write review, but on occasion, I have an experience which i feel is worth sharing in the hope that it can help people that are on the fence about making a decision on this type of thing.

I have deliberated for years about having some cosmetic work done on my teeth (Braces / Invisalign), and have visited and spoken to a number of providers and done hours of research on the options available.

I then came across MyClinique and the well renowned industry experts Dr Mark Buddah and Lisa Tran who run the business. I was immediately impressed during my initial consultation and both Mark and Lisa, as well as the other dental nurses were nothing short of excellent from start to finish. All of my options were covered in detail and there was no rush in helping me come to my decision. I have regular contact from MyClinique as they check-up on my progress and my regular on-site check-ups and consultations have continued to impress with their after-care process.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team @ MyClinique as I felt immediately comfortable in their care and they continue to provide a great service!

Everyone at myclinique is friendly and helpful. Although I pay privately here, you can see a big difference between NHS and private service. My normal NHS dentist is rubbish compared to here LOL

Amazing service from both Ben and Chanel, after visiting many orthodontist I finally found an orthodontist I could trust, I was booked in quickly and shortly after started my treatment for Invisalign, could not recommend enough!

After 20 years of being paranoid about my teeth I went for a consultation at another practice which was expensive and didn’t feel great and I left feeling a bit flat a week later seen Myclinique and went to see Lisa & Mark and was quoted the same thing cheaper with nicer friendlier people

I’m now nearly a year into my braces and so so looking forward to my end results in March next year as the results so far are amazing

I have recommend 4 people to the clinic and all 4 felt the same as me !!! And are also in the journey for that amazing smile

If you have to be careful what you spend,and you have a very sensitive mouth be careful.I ended up paying £1300 for a plastic flexi denture that went in the bin.The one I was shown and the one I got were not the same design/fit. Also felt rushed when choosing what to have done. Asked for a copy of my scan and was told I had to pay £150 to get it....Was told I would have a follow up phone call after the denture fitting but did not receive one.Paid £50 for the consultation fee which was advertised as free-was told it would be deducted from any work done-but never got a receipt anyway for the denture so I have no idea if it was or not?

This clinic is probably one of the best. I promised I would write a review based on my experience . I had my braces fitted at another clinic in Rugby, they spent about 5 years on my teeth only to say they don’t know how to fix my teeth in fact they made it worse.
I then came here and saw Dr Mark and he knew exactly what to do. I have just completed my braces and it only took him 9 months. Highly rated clinic and was affordable as I took out a payment plan with them.

Wonderful team, customer service is above and beyond.
Looked after me following some very poor previous experiences with dentists.
