If I could give 0 stars I would. After doing 7 day’s of this, they made absolutley no difference. Not even the slightest. Save your money.

Check the item description! I did recieve my order, so i guess Im a lucky one! But i ordered 14 and was surprised when I recieved 7, to be told by customer service its 2 strips per pack. I honestly feel scammed. Avoid this company at all costs! There are other products out there that would be just as effective!

Hi, I usually don't write reviews but I will for this because there's so many 1star reviews about not receiving their item but I've just received mine after 3/4 days (ordered bank holiday weekend).

I don't think it's fair for a company to slated as a scam, especially during Covid19 when deliveries around the globe came to a halt and delays were imminent.

I had actually thought I got scammed after reading reviews and had washed my hands but I was pleasantly surprised when an envelope came with the strips today - note it doesn't come in a box .

Absolutely disgusted by this website. I stupidly believed they were legitimate and I should've read the reviews first! I ordered on 6th May, it's now the 24th May and no delivery. No email to even say they have been shipped, no tracking number, nothing. I've emailed their 'support' email address countless times and had absolutely no reply. I stupidly spent £59! Having researched what to do I'll be reporting them to Trading Standards and contacting my bank for a 'charge back' which will hopefully get my money back.

Ordered on the 12th of April, still haven’t arrived, one email response on 22nd of April saying they had been shipped and I would receive a tracking number shortly, never did. Haven’t replied to any of my emails since. £30 wasted. Do not order!!!!!

Unfortunately, I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. I ordered my strips a month ago (actually more than- 13/04) and it is now 17/05/20. I chased the company and they responded to say they could not track them and offered me a 10% refund while they send another from HKong. I am still waiting to hear back and have requested a refund. I don't want to wait any longer! Prefer a refund now as this stage and buy somewhere else.

UPDATE. Never got the package, fake tracking and had to enforce a charge back via my bank. Scam! Avoid.

I haven't actually used the strips yet. I received them this morning so will update on if they actually work at a later date.
I ordered 10 strips and have only received 5. I have queried this with Crest to be told there is 2 strips per pouch.
Very disappointed that this is not clear on their website, very misleading and the fact that I have paid 27 pound for 5 applications is insane! I will stick with Dr Georges teeth whitening in future

They asked me to send a picture of my passport and bank card?

Update: i've got today my strips (a more than month later) and it's not a suprise that i received only 7 strips instead of 14. But the most confusing thing that there no original box of the product. Only 7 strips that were wrapped in paper. So i even can't check expiration date and is it original whitestrips or not. So be careful and better buy from ebay.

I ordered 40 whitening strips, costing me over £50, and I got NO response from them. I emailed so many times, after them taking the money out of my account, and I still have not received my order or heard back. Still trying to get hold of them.

Ordered 40 strips and end up with 20! Shocking! If your going to advertise 40 please add the fact that one bottom and one top strip are individual not together! Waste of money could buy cheaper elsewhere! Didnt even get a confirmation email to say purchased or on way!! Deserves 0 stars!

Be very careful !! If you order 20 strips you get 10 packets . So only 10 treatments 1 for top and 1 for bottom.
So very misleading .
Expensive and other products just as good . Superdrug own make much cheaper

Ordered on the 2nd of December. Emailed countless times to be replied to only twice asking for me to confirm my address which is 100% correct. Heard nothing since. Emailed today asking for a refund as I'm sick of waiting. Tracking number given for Royal Mail isn't working, just says an update will be given when they attempt to deliver, it makes me think the items haven't even been sent out.

Ordered weeks ago, have sent various messages with only one reply. Saying it will be “shipped tomorrow and you’ll be contacted” NOTHING!

Emailed 4 times no reply
Did anyone go through this and actually receive their order
Was confident the website was legit
What to do????

Should be Zero stars.
It’s a fake site. Not only do they not even have any genuine stock, (the genuine product is banned for sale in the UK due to its peroxide content) they are taking peoples money and then no contact.
There are other ways of getting hold of the real deal by importing them from America or from your own visits there and bringing them back. It’s the ONLY way to know for sure you’re getting the real thing.

Total scam I ordered 10 strips and got 5 and then had someone try and tell me because there’s top and bottom in each pack that’s essentially 10. Load of rubbish. Sounds like they’ve done it to hundreds of people and need shutting down. Worried to even use them they don’t seem genuine at all.
