Not received my order and thry are now not replying to my emails

I ordered the product from crest is best.co.uk.
The website is spam website. Just took the money from bank account and no product arrived. Emailed to help team but no response at all.
FAKE website. Please do not order

It’s not a review, but a concern. I ordered whitestrips couple days ago and no email was sent confirming or giving me ANY info! I am afraid anything will arrive!

I have the same problem as many of you. Spent £45 on strips that never came. I’m requesting a chargeback from my bank. I don’t know how they are allowed to get away with this

I wish I had researched this website before purchasing. As everyone else has stated they are a scam. I ordered weeks ago and still haven’t received my product. The tracking number did not work. Please do not purchase!

DO NOT USE YOU WILL ONLY LOOSE YOUR MONEY. I've made 9 attempts to contact this company regarding an order I placed for whitening strips at the start of June. Its now 5th July and I've not received the order nor a reply to my emails and messages.

Great service, genuine product.

Haven’t sent product after waiting days to dispatch. Won’t cancel order or refund until I return product which obviously I can’t, as they haven’t sent. Think it might be based in UK as money was sent to someone in UK on my statement. Really wish I had read here before ordering. My bank will get my money back but it’s a lot of time and hassle. Disappointing as they were actually getting back to customers on here at one point but their site will be shut down if they carry on like this.

this product is supposed to get rid of stains up to 14 years from in bedded enamel stains. I have cut and used over the Lower 4 teeth with tobacco stains every day since I got them. no difference at all. so false advertising. not happy. not that Crest will be bothered they got my money.

Ordered almost six weeks ago. Received sms with tracking info, the link has no information. Complete scam. Tried numerous times to contact them but to no avail. My advice - do not even consider this company.

Order arrived in 6 days. I'd expect faster delivery but they aren't based in the UK anymore and now they operate from Hong Kong since my payment went to a Hong Kong bank and the product came from there too. Still a good service despite this.

HB retail group does seem to exist in Hastings, UK, there is even a number (01424 433322), but at first no one picks up and then your call gets disconnected.
Placed my order almost 2 weeks ago, they were prompt to take off the payment but after that all communication stopped, no notification of delivery and no responses to my complaints.
On their website, they give you options to contact them via instant chat and telephone, however, no links are provided. Was placing my order in a hurry so didn't notice all these details. Now lost £50 and feel stupid taht I fell for it.

This is a scam.
The customer query form on the website doesn't work. The telephone number goes to a voicemail, no-one picks up. The customer support email goes to an automated response which is a broken website. Payment taken quickly but no email to confirm dispatch. This is not a uk company, payment appears to be directed to HONG KONG or China.

This scam company appears to be trading as 'teethwhiteningshop.co.uk' or 'crestwhitestrips.co.uk. They use the same customer suport number.

It's a scam stay clear. Go to your bank and do a charge back for the money

I paid £45 for Crest whitening strips , and they have not been delivered. When I contacted the support email provided it came back as undeliverable. I have since gone back to the website but it is "offline"
