Certain that the 3D whitestrips are either fake or have expired because they don’t work

Worth paying a little bit more and ordering from trustworthy websites like amazon

I have yet to receive the items I purchased. This website appears to be a scam.

Ordered on 5th march it is now march 19th and order is dtill 'processing' no tracking number has been sent. Tried contacting over 20 times. Fraudulent company!!!

If I could give this company no stars for customer service I would. I was recommended to these through a friend but my experience could not have been any more different to hers.

Order placed on 27th December and still haven't received it. I was originally told it was delayed as I had provided an incomplete address on the order (even though they had enough of the address to deliver the product). I provided this once by phone, once by email and was assured they would ship within 2 days. Over the past few months I chased on at least a weekly basis using every contact method they had, most of the time being ignored completely or told that they couldn't give me any information about my order. Finally I was told I had to wait until mid feb (28 working days) before they could declare my order lost. A few days before this date I received another email confirmation telling me another item had been dispatched but the content included no details about how to track the order and guess what...no still no delivery. I contacted the company again a week after the 28 working days this time asking about the complaints process, ignored the first time but when I emailed the second time I was given 'info at crestwhitestrips.co.uk' as the 'management complaint email' and told that they would issue a refund. I don't usually bother complaining about poor service but this was so bad I took the time to write a complaint only to receive a short response stating that the only thing they could offer me was a refund. The email response had no signature and was suspiciously signed 'Jack - Management'! I decided to place an order with UK Teeth Whitening and received my order within 1 week. Safe to say I will never use crestwhitestrips.co.uk EVER again!

I made an order on december 14 to deliver uk i have still not received, now the website is not working at all! Therefore i cannot check order details,

I've used white strips for years and it's one of the few products where the formula has actually improved. Only down side is they are pricey and takes multiple treatments to get advertised results.

They are scammers took my payment and never sent goods lied and lied now they have my card details!

I was sent fake 3D crest strips, I know this because I had the legit box to compare it with. The strips don't even work. I have asked for a refund 5 times but have not heard anything back!

FRAUD WEBSITE!

I placed an order in the middle of June and paid an extra 15 dollars to get the items faster, "priority shipment" (5-8 days). I got a confirmation email and nothing happened and I've tried to contact them numerous times both via email and via phone and they seem to have left the surface of the earth. They have stolen 84 dollars from me. Don't do the same mistake as I did.

The white strips I ordered and used once were poorly made and just looked counterfeit they had massive slits and where different sizes in separate packs. I contacted pay pal to get a return and emailed the seller before hand no reply until I got paypal involved for a return and all money back.

I ordered a sealed box of 3D professional white strips.

I ordered the white strips from them just the other day and received the item yesterday, so they do have fast delivery BUT I was concerned about the authenticity of the strips as they seem to be Chinese made, I can tell the difference just by looking at the packaging as I have bought the authentic Crest strips in the US before. I asked for a refund, and they accused me of wanting to get the item for free which is not the case at all as I am posting it back as soon as possible as I am a genuine buyer. Also look at their contact address, it is a PO Box from Liverpool which is not an internet trading legitimate practise at all. A legit internet business should NOT have a PO Box address but rather have a geographical address as stated in the Electronic Commerce Regulations of 2002.

Hi, I ordered a Philips tooth gel and NEVER received anything. I checked their website after a month, the status of my ordered was "delivered", when I never got any package. I tried to contact them, e-mail them: no feedback - no answer. That was a £57 ordered I got absolutely nothing. Unbelievable!

Having purchased the strips from Amazon in the past, I always had fantastic results. I think the ones purchased from this company were past the use by date! 1 hour express and absolutely no difference, in the past the strips have always started to slightly foam while on my teeth, these ones not even a hint of the whitener strips at work. One set of 1 hour express along with a pack of 6 x 30 minute strips bought and a complete waste of money. Don't trust a company who don't send the packaging with the strips as there is no way to check the date.

Previously used the strips and they've been fab. This time I tried a different type, guaranteed non slip however the bottom does not stay!
Really not happy

A coupe of my friends have used these and have had great results so I wanted to try them. My teeth became very very sensitive and although I can notice a very slight difference no one else (even my husband!) has noticed any change.
Perhaps it is my teeth?

Would recommend this company.

For my teeth that are quite yellow it took about 6 days to notice improvements, I have 4 more days to complete my 2 weeks and are happy with the resukts

Great product and good service, though I didn't get a response from my email inquiring about an issue tracking my parcel.

All I can say is that they are amazing !
So much cheaper than dentist whitening
And you do it in your own leisure time
I can honestly say they have 100% worked for me
My teeth are now lovely and white
And I have people commenting on them all the time

I bought the 3D professional and I am nearly at the end and my teeth are not any whiter. Really disappointed I don't know what else to try now
