We loved staying in Tiziana’s apartment. We love the area and the apartment provided everything we needed. She was very accommodating to us and helpful. The only reason we are rating a 4 is because it’s probably time to replace some of the things in the apartment. We did speak with Tiziana and because we stayed for 3 months, we noticed things that others may not have noticed.

I’m Very impressed with this agency and how well they manage everything. I will recommend them to my friends. Thank you 🙏

Cribmed are FANTASTIC! They offer a great selection of flats in Italy and allow for such an easy rental process. They communicate and treat you like a human being in a world where so many platforms are highly transactional and impersonal. Worth the fee because they give you the assurance and confidence that what you are renting is in fact as described!

BEWARE: Crib Med's terms and conditions (to se them just append "/terms-and-conditions" to their URL) have NO PROTECTIONS FOR TENANTS. You can show up at a rental in a foreign, unfamiliar city and be informed that the landlord changed her mind.

BEWARE: Agents only have their own interest in mind: I booked a unit in Rome for 3 months. I paid and received confirmation of the completed booking including landlord's contact information. Then the booking agent let me know the landlord changed her mind because she received a booking request for a longer stay. I contacted the landlord and she was not aware, so clearly this was a move by the Crib Med agent to get a larger fee (their fee is a percentage on the total rental, not just on the first month). Very dishonest.

The only оne platform that really helped me with real estates and advices. Laura is a great person.

My Cribmed apartment in the Borgo neighborhood was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-appointed - and everything worked well. The Cribmed team is also terrific. They were helpful whenever I had a question, and very responsive - both before my visit and during the visit. I recommend Cribmed without hesitation!

Vuka was patient and amazing with us! We were moving to a new country with our cats and scared of not finding a home in time. The payment and move in were all very smooth as well as communication with our landlord. Highly recommend them over other platforms that might be bigger but don’t have the same care as cribmed does.

Vuka and Laura were so helpful in our search for a good quality and well located apartment for a 3 month stay in Rome. They were reassuring and trustworthy, and the apartment was everything it was advertised to be. Laura prepared the legal documents with transparency and efficiency, and worked well with the landlady. Our deposit was quickly returned with no issues. An excellent experience and we will be sure to use their services again.

Vuka was incredibly helpful and responsive. She suggested great options that met our needs, helped us negotiate price and facilitated communication with the landlord even on complex topics. We were hugely happy with our apartment in Rome and our whole experience.

I had a fantastic experience! I was recommended by ChatGPT and decided to take a leap of faith. The website was well-designed, and I received a quick callback. Within three days, I completed the entire booking process online. Once my e-transfer from Canada was received, I promptly received the contract, landlord details, and property location.

Upon arrival, there were no hidden fees, and the apartment was exactly as described in the listing, matching the photos perfectly. The service was excellent, and Richard provided outstanding support throughout the process. I highly recommend them! Grazie di cuore to the entire Cribmed team :-)

After an apartment rental fell through with another rental company Cribmed came to the rescue . I have nothing but positive things to say about my dealings with Richard . Professional , responsive and readily available to answer all our questions in navigating a rental in a foreign country where we knew no one and didn’t speak the language .

This is the second time we have used Cribmed to rent in Rome, Italy. Richard is very professional and I can also say that about the home owners. The homes are well kept and owners are always readily available if you need anything. I feel very secure in using Cribmed.

Finding an apartment as a foreigner can be stressful, they checked in and walked me through the process, answered every question and made every effort to support my home finding. This had not been my experience prior to working with them as I navigated the Roman apartment market. I can’t reccomend them highly enough.

personal service and quality apartments! after booking an airbnb for 1 month in Rome, and having to leave it after 1 night because of how disgusting it was I was super stressed about finding alternative accommodation within my budget and at such short notice, during high season. Richard and Vuka were incredible! They gave up their Saturday morning to find me a property and went the extra mile to help me check in that same day. This totally saved my trip and next time I'm in Rome I'll be using crib med for sure.
