Poor quality canvas
I recently received my canvas from Crib of Art and I am extremely disappointed with the quality.
The website images made the artwork appear like a high-quality oil-painted canvas, but what arrived was simply a poor-quality print on canvas. The print looks blurry and cheap, and it is nowhere near the quality shown in the advertised photos.
I have contacted the company and requested a full refund.

Defective artwork with a satisfactory outcome
Our artwork arrived yesterday with a defect. I immediately sent an email to the business. Pat and Aja were able to resolve my defective artwork issue in a timely manner. They both responded to my initial email request expeditiously and resolved the situation within one day of the delivery. They were both very apologetic, understandable, professional and considerate. It was a pleasure dealing with Pat and Aja and your business in particular. I understand that these things happy and this situation will not deter us from ordering artwork from this business in the future. Thank you!
