Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. It has been more than a week since I paid for my order, and the items have still not been shipped. To make matters worse, they are not responding to emails at all. The lack of communication is unacceptable and creates zero confidence in the company. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing buying experience. I would not recommend ordering from them based on how my order has been handled

Good seller. Good communication during the ordering process. Fast international shipment (From India to Sweden) with good packaging. Held a star back because I had requested for some additional services on the nat but that has not been taken care of.

The products ordered were received in a very good condition. The extra bubble wrap did the trick. I did however struggle to get my order released in time, due to bad communication between cricketshop.com and their own payments company. This meant that I only received the goods in November, while ordered in August. I did make use of my own courier.
