I have tried to call and left messages also sent emails about arranging collection of goods. However you sent them by Royal Mail and yes they hace gone missing, and I have left you a message but you have not returned my call

As discussed over the phone, trainers were sent via Royal Mail as we don’t offer collection. Order is due today, 19th April looking at the tracking information on the Royal Mail website. Please can you reconsider this review as your order was dispatched on the 15th April with next day delivery and we aren’t in control once they are with Royal Mail. We can only apologise that they didn’t adhere to next day delivery.

Thank you for the feedback, as per the product page our cricket clothing is processed on the 15th and last working day of the month and it’s four weeks from that point. After investigating your order we can see this was achieved.
