Valutazione dell'immobile incongruente con altre perizie effettuate nel medesimo periodo e che si erano mostrate perfettamente in linea al valore d'acquisto. (più bassa di circa 35.000 euro rispetto a queste utime).
Questo chiaramente genera problemi a chi ha effettuato i propri calcoli su tale valore per la richiesta del mutuo alla banca e costringendolo qualora non avesse la possibilità di reperire altro capitale a rivolgersi ad altri istituti di credito che non fanno fare le proprie perizie alla CRIF.
