Second purchase, this year.
I have purchased this many times over the past few years and even though the cost has gone up every year, it is still the best product to remove moss etc and keep it away longer. I have recently purchased more so that I can treat the rest of my patio after the winter.

I ordered extra strong with frostproof
I ordered extra strong with frostproof, what arrived was 20l of professional. I have been told that the product I ordered has been supplied in the wrong bottles as they had no extra strong product bottles?!?!!
Also, the chemical make up of extra strong and professional is exactly the same it turns out by looking at the labels. It's being returned and Ill head down to my local farm store to pick up some sodium hypochlorite for much cheaper.
What a shame, the product worked well but I don't want to trust a chemical distributor who incorrectly labels products.

This was not a normal occurrence, but we tried to get it delivered to you as soon as possible, instead of waiting a few more days to get more "Extra Strong" bottles before we could pack your order.
Please note that our product is produced and packed in-house, and while some ingredients can be purchased elsewhere, the full formula cannot be achieved with just off-the-shelf products.

Good for 2 years
Bought the 15 l. Knapsack sprayer 2 years ago to replace my hozelock. Apart from the annoying handle that keeps coming off and the this straps that don’t really support the weight, it seemed ok. Much cheaper than hozelock However, 2 years on and the seals are worn. Great, Crikey Mikey provided some spares!! Not the one required! No manual though, can you believe it. Advice:: undue lots of screws!! After 5 hours of frustration and unscrewing I have decided to junk it. Cheap and nasty comes to mind.. don’t waste your £35. Buy a decent make.

Admin and service is lacking but the product is very good.
The product is excellent, however the sales department and customer services are poor.
The website crashed mid order, when I phoned to find out what was going on A man took my order again assuring me it had not been accepted the first time. They did in fact take two payments from my account. Customer services said it would be refunded, it wasn't! What a shambles, it is better to go via Amazon to make a purchase.
