How to make an error worse
Advertised a size they didn't have so wasted my time in ordering it. Further wasted my time by asking if it was ok to send it in the wrong size anyway. Ordered the garment for a weekend break which was then missed. I suggest updating the stock regularly (shouldn't really be to hard on the age of the computer) then if something does go wrong, don't ask silly questions like will the same garment in the wrong size be ok. Just quickly refund and send an email to inform of that.

Hit and miss
Quality of the products are spot on and their pokemon collection is brilliant but I Ordered the long sleeve pixel pokemon top and it came a size smaller and then after one wash it shrunk.

Criminal Damage is a great Brand - please improve logistics
Criminal Damage is a great Brand, very Good quality, but the shipment was problematic.
First I had to send my card and ID to prove to Shopify that it’s a real order. Then I was waiting for 14 days so the order can arrive to CZ. I had also to pay extra 25£ on the customs in order to get my purchase.
After 40 days I finally got my purchase.

Bad experience

Lied to when my parcel didn't arrive
Lied to when my parcel didn't arrive , paid for next day delivery when I called they told me royal mail had lost my parcel. After the 7th phone call a week and a half later I found out they never sent the trainers as they was not in stock

Fast shipping and everything packaged perfectly. I ordered multiple shirts and got everything very fast and with no issues. Their sizes do run big so I recommend sizing down. I normally wear medium shirts but had to order small.
