Super bad costumer service! I have email them so may times since last February whit out any response to my issue, when the hoodie i bought totaly lost its color. I would never recommend this brand. In my opinion a company is never better that there way they handle with problems.

The product looks amazing but it is terribly overpriced for what it is. I wore it once and noticed the print was peeling off. I emailed once, then sent pictures when asked, but received no reply. Terrible customer service. I don’t recommend using this company. The item should not be faulty for the overly expensive price. The material is very thin too.

Received product that was damaged. Emailed customer support multiple times, no response but multiple reminders to rate my service :)

I ordered one of their Pokémon collaboration sweatshirts and they sent me the wrong item twice. They do not send a return label with the package and you’re left printing a return label at the post office.

The customer service is alright and they’re understanding but that is irrelevant as it wouldn’t be necessary if they did the job right in the first place. How would you mistaking it send the wrong item twice.

Never received my package. After 15 days I sended a reminder email, 5 days later still no response.

I used to own a black and white checkered Criminal damage shirt for years, but had to say goodbye when it got too worn and old.

Tried other brands and they either are too thick as if you're going out in a blizzard or soo thin poorly made.

I orderd a hoody and paid for shiping. It arrived at my country (the netherlands) and i had to pay more taxes. Which is not the company s fault but something y'all need to keep in mind.

Great designs for a reasonable price, quality UK stuff you can trust. Always the pleasure when you get the package and will not be dissapointed.

Unfortunately quality is very poor. Thin material with heavy embroidery. Disappointing. After I saw this hoodie - my thought was I wouldn’t buy from this bran again. Sorry guys.
