I'm STILL waiting for my order. Been almost 3 weeks my invoice said 2-3 days. I'm in Canada. I didn't get my friends gift to him before he went home. Zero communication. I can't even track my order. I paid extra for faster delivery I ordered from Criminal damage a few yrs ago and was a so so experience. Good quality clothes but TERRIBLE customer service. A company this big hrs are 10am - 4 PM ?? Really. Snail mail is faster than this. Do BETTER CD I won't buy from here again. To bad because I really like their sweat suits.

Terrible customer service, I place an order on the 30th July a few days later I recieved an email saying it was dispatched. Then a few days after that they sent me an email saying my item wasn't in stock and I could wait 4 weeks untill it came back in stock or exchange it for another item of the same price or a different size, but with no explanation of how to do this. So I sent them a message asking how I could exchange I waited 9 days for a reply back with instructions so I replied back the same day and I still have not heard back so I sent another message detailing what has happened with still no response and no item, exchange or refund. Appalling!

Ordered a jumper off their website on the tuesday and paid for next day delivery then i was sent a confirmation email to say they are processing my order the same day. The following day i got a email to say my order has been dispatched and should be with me soon. The day after that i got an email to say they don't have my size in stock and they need to either give me another size, refund me or i can have the money as a voucher LOL. If your not capable of updating your website with sizes in stock & your lying about orders being dispatched why on earth would i even want a voucher to use your store again? Its a shame because the jumper was very nice, but i wont be ordering from these guys again. Let me know when you have new management 🤞🏽

Ordered over 3 weeks ago first week when Called one hoodie was not in stock so nothing got sent. Then i was told I’ve have a refund for too and others would arise soon. 2 weeks more later no refund no hoodies called 3 times was promised a call back still waiting very poor service used before but doubt I’ll use again sort my order please and might change review thx

Still have no idea where my package is its been two weeks

Today, I received a package.
It took only 5days, which is the quickest delivery of my purchases.

The measurements on the website were so correct to size it made it perfect to buy the correct size needed.
The quality of the product was amazing and all stitching and print was perfect

Slight error to my order but once my contact/email was responded to they corrected it straight away no problem.
Will be back again. Quality clothing as always.

Communication from company and products very good quality

Terrible Shipping. Ordered on 10 Feb and today March 4 Order still not shipped. That was my first & last time ordering from this terrible store.

Scammers, thieves, avoid this website at all cost! i have been waiting on my jacket and they are ignoring my emails and calls. SCAMMERS
