I ordered a coat, and it was delayed in the post for abour 20days, but I was updated, and kept informed. When i called the number the staff were helpful. I was also refunded the postage. It did arrive just a little later, due to tge courier they were using which they have now chanced.

I ordered two hoodies from this website over a month ago, but I still haven't received my order. The customer service is non-existent and they refuse to refund or resend the product. Despite the fact that the product hasn't even been shipped yet, they continue to make up excuses. I am extremely disappointed with this service and would not recommend it to anyone. Don't give your money to these thieves

Brought a coat from these jokers, sent it back for refund, they no longer reply to my emails, litrally cost of living and you have ran off with my money. Thiefs!

Hello, this is the third email I sent to find out, when will I receive my package from December 28, 2022. I’ve been waiting for this package for a month... it’s amazing!
Especially when you tell me to mail back a week later if the status doesn’t change. And that’s the case, still at the same stage since January 3. I wait, I wait and I still wait. But this is starting to annoy me. It’s not professional at all. You don’t even bother to see what’s going on. You prefer to send me a random message that the carrier have problems. What I can understand, but it’s been a month!!!!

The design is good and the embroidery is high quality, the aglets are solid and it keeps me warm

Avoid at all costs. Quality of CD products has dropped, and their customer service is as poor as it gets. Over 3 weeks for delivery, reply to email the same. Waste of money and time.

I must say, as my first time ordering from here, I was a bit weary, but I have heard a lot of good things about these guys so as soon as I saw the sale, I was on it!

Took a while to get here because of all the strikes, but to be fair, I was constantly updated about everything which gave me that piece of mind that it will get here eventually, and it’s not CD’s fault!
Received the items yesterday and I am SMITTEN! The quality, the prints, the fabrics, EVERYTHING! They are perfect and well worth the money!!

They have cool clothes but shocking service and started ignoring my emails after they made me wait 2 months for a pair of cargos I missed out on all of the Black Friday sales because they decided marketing items they didn’t have in stock would be a good idea - won’t be shopping with them again unfortunately.

Edit: They actually got back to me with a refund. Merry Christmas to me - I'm still not really sure about their logistics though but at least they came through with it in the end.

Mediocre quality clothes and absolutely terrible sizing. I'm a UK size 18 womens and the 2XL is too small for me. 2 years ago I was a 16 and the 2XL was still too small. Don't recommend

i wanna give zero star to this.i ordered one hoodie for my bf as a birthday present like month ago and i didn’t receive it yet , paid extra for shipping too. well, his birthday passed already. I send them few mails and they only replied one saying that we already shipped your item , you’ve to contact the royal mail now . Like, what kind of behaviour is this, i am the one whose spending money on it and also giving a shipping money still i am the one who is here without any product and have to deal with their mail thing.
