I didn’t received my order yet ..

This is rh 1st time that takes so long

Anything wrong ?

Weird

Hoodie came with the front and back images peeling, some of it had already been ripped fully off. Requesting full refund and will not be buying from here again because one wash and it'll be peeling again. Shame the quality lacks as the hoodies do look really nice.

Item came damaged I've arrange a return waiting on a response

I like the clothes that you have I travel all the way from Mexico to buy your clothes and they make of a good material

Back in 2011 criminal damage is the only place I would shop for jeans they had a nice weight to them, fit perfect and were warm. I was pleasantly surprised to find things have not changed.

Purchased two pairs for my partner and upon arrival and seeing the quality hadn't changed, I came back and got myself a few pairs.

They arrived quickly both times and well packaged.

The customer service department was very helpful, quick to reply and easy to deal with. Thank you.

The hoodie ai ordered looked like a good quality piece of clothing on the website, when this got delivered I realized this was not the case. The quality of the fabric is very low, it's loose and does not stay ironed. I would have returned it if it wasn't for the absurd return policy and the lack of a return label. You have to spend more money in order to send it back, very 2015. I'm disappointed and I will never buy anything like this again.

Wicked design, quality material.

Genuinely love the product. I’m always skeptical on online purchases but the design is stitched in. Hoodie looks incredible. Already had people asking me where it’s from.

The order arrived quick however I ordered the eco range tracksuits and on the first wash they have all bobbled and look about 5 years old. So very poor quality and would not recommend

legit company but items bever arrive on time even though you pay £10 extra for it.

Good clothes however I ordered a hoodie and tracksuit bottoms and only the hoodie has arrived. I called asking about the bottoms and they just told me that they were out of stock. I was given no notice of this and only found out a week later. They gave me a choice between being sent the joggers in a different size or a refund. I opted for the refund however after 3 weeks since the original order I am yet to receive it and I have had to make 3 separate phone calls to check it is being processed as they have given me now confirmation even though they said they would

Didn't receive items. Reached out to customer service who replied, but they stopped responding when I asked for a refund after emailing multiple times.

By far the most helpful company I’ve used, easy to talk to customer care and super helpful
