I ordered a Small and looks like an XL so unfortunately gave it to my brother besides from that i great quality and designs

Ordered item over the weekend with 48 hr delivery service, gave it an extra day due to back holiday but still no parcel, not worth paying for 48 delivery if you don't get your items in 48 hrs

Wouldn’t purchase from this retailer again.
Slow to send items and no tracking.
‘AfterShip’ the app/tracking facilitator used by criminal damage still says the items are waiting to be shipped.
I have an email saying the item has apparently been shipped however I’ve still not received anything.

Timely delivery hoodie was as described, very comfy!

8/12 I called CD to say my order was incomplete and that part of the order was damaged the gentleman was rude but said send pictures and they will take care of it, 2 weeks after sending the pictures and several follow up emails I'm still being ignored. Honeslty some companies do not deserve your money if you happen to get the items you ordered in good nick great but if there's a problem God help you because they will not!.I am really disappointed, now with Xmas round the corner I'm having to buy again. They dont care about the customers and thats wrong ....I'll have to find a way to get my money back when they could have just sorted it out. Treat people better, without your customers you would not have company to run 🤌

I ordered, got despatch notification and tracking, parcel was never received by Royal Mail, no communication and when I queried they had no stock! No time to reorder therefor a refund…
Would not use again

Shocking. Firstly I had a fake despatch email with a fake tracking number. Only to be told they don’t have my order in stock yet. After waiting a few more weeks I received my parcel, containing the wrong items. Customer service replied to my email once and then have been ignoring me ever since.

The items that I’ve ordered no longer was available. Was given the choice to choose or get a refund, chose an alternative, I’m still waiting for my delivery!!!

Despite consistent warnings to refund us they have continued to ignore this department, to the point where we have decided to take legal action against these charlatans. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Unfortunately I’m not in a position to comment as I’m still waiting on my items to be replaced and sent back to me. Spoke to customer service and they have said they haven’t sent them yet because they have a large backlog. But Royal Mail say they have delivered them to me. Someone doesn’t know what they doing and it’s a Christmas present, not very happy

Great products and ranges offered, especially the Pokemon collection, but it’s a bit disappointing that the order cannot be edited, even within an hour after purchase.

5 stars the quality of the garment is fantastic.
Great service kept up to date regularly by email so knew exactly when and where my purchase was. Quick delivery to. Will definitely order again.

Its been over two weeks now and i still havent received my item.

My god... they didnt ship after 3 weeks - fake tracking number and missing christmas deadlines!
