The brew was not as advertised
The brew is pretty mild. I brewed it the correct way and it tasted like watery chocolate. If it was heated longer in hopes of a stronger brew in the moka pot, it would burn the ground cacao. Not only that but the moka pot smelled like fish and doesn't use all the water from the bottom chamber. I also didn't receive a delivered email so it sat outside overnight. I will not be ordering again, coffee is still so much better. Don't waste your money!

The products are very good
The products are very good, however the customer service and shipping timing leave a lot to be desired. It took a month to get products from California to Arizona with no explanation from the company at all.

Deceptive, careless liars.
I ordered well before Christmas expecting it might end up being late. I got an email saying they were preparing it for shipment on the 19th, and on the 28th it still hasn't shipped. They said one flavor in the combo pack was unavailable and the shipment was delayed when I emailed them after Christmas. They wouldn't cancel my order. They made no effort to notify of the supposed shortage early on when I could have changed the order.

Buyer Beware re: return policy
I ordered the starter kit (which includes a French Press coffee maker) without knowing that there is a no return policy (unless the item is defective or unused... which makes no sense because how else would you know?). I ordered it and after further reviews on cacao decided to return it upon receipt without realizing that I could not return it unless it was defective. Buyer beware.
