I am very satisfied with the fast delivery of original lenses. Easy install them following video tutorial from their website. I recommend.

It has been 2 weeks, since I have placed my order, paid extra for faster shipping and when I check the status of my order it just says "preparing order" I've tried contacting someone through the chat app on their site but it always says no one is available. I leave my email hoping for a response back but still don't get anything. The money has been taken out of my account & I am getting the feeling that I have been scammed

EDIT: I did get a reply and a status update on my order after this review was posted. There was a delay in the original product I ordered, so I was offered a similar replacement that was in-stock & it has now been shipped out. I appreciate the solution and the response, but it would have been nice to know why there was a delay & had been offered a substitution without me having to post a bad review first.

I just got my replacements lents and I just can said how happy I am. Looks very nice and fit on my previus armazon perfectly. It took a while to arrive to Mexico but is due the Mexican postal service.

Have been waiting for my lenses to arrive for 2 months. Customer service has been responsive and informed me immediately of initial product unavailability despite website stating it was available(i.e. no mention of inventory or shipping delays). Perhaps that should have been the first red flag. However requests for refund have gone unfulfilled due to the company not being able to locate/track the product, not sure how that has become my problem. Recommend if you are in the U.S. find another provider, I would have been better off going directly to the manufacturer.

I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. I have paid € 40 for the product and an additional € 19 for express shipping via DHL. To date I have not received the product and the worst thing is that they are charging me customs clearance costs when my product does not exceed the minimum economic value for this payment.
The company supplying my product did not inform me about additional costs.
