The demand for residential lettings is growing whilst the number of landlords has diminished. We offer landlords with residential properties in Cornwall assistance and information and represent them in the public sector. The changing regulatory and legislative climate mean that landlords need more support than ever to which end we provide training courses tailored to the requirements of our members. Members of the association enjoy the shared knowledge and experience of a group of professional Landlords with properties throughout the County. Assistance for those seeking accommodation is provided through a form on the website, the information on that form is shared with CRLA members who will contact potential tenants should they be able to help.

Ruth provides excellent support whenever required and is always an absolute pleasure to talk to . Professional, knowledgeable with a real personal approach which is rare in today’s world . The newsletter is ahead of all that’s changing in the residential landlords world and all the documentation you need is always available

If you are a landlord or agent joining the CRLA is a must. Full of up to date information on current legislation, documentation required and a very informative monthly newsletter
