Great yarn and speedy despatch
My second order with Mel and I’m testing a beautiful filet crochet shawl. I previously made a mandala with a 100g cake. This time I wasn’t sure how much I needed. I found the size guidelines so easy to use and bought a 300g 3 ply cake which is 1500 meters. It is perfect the colour changes are fabulous. I chose the Brighton colourway it’s so beautiful and my shawl looks fabulous. I can highly recommend this yarn.

The ability to customize is amazing
I'm on my 2nd gradient project so its been a steep learning curve. I know so much more now and am glad that this yarn company will be there for my next project. Wool is not really an option anymore and I do not like gradients that move abruptly from one color to the next. I wish it didnt split so easily but it's worth the trade off.

Some of my customers found that leaving the beads on the yarn whilst working with it quite helpful. If you do so already be assured that over time you will find it does not split so easily. It can take a while to get used to working with plied yarn. At the same time, some people find working with plied yarn no different as working with twisted yarn.
