From start to finish crocodile have been outstanding - we ordered a winter garden and the service we have received has been brilliant. Jay and Daz worked very hard installing the product and the after care was brilliant. A couple of niggles were Ironed out easily with no fuss- crocodile went above and beyond and we highly recommend them!!

Really pleased with our Crocodile automatic garage door. Ricardo and John took around 4 hours to fit despite the occasional rain shower. Kept us informed on the installation and tidied up afterwards. They were polite and respectful and did a great job. The garage door is manufactured to a high quality and standard which is why we chose Crocodile above others on the market. Would definitely recommend.

Just had a new roller garage door fitted. The two guys Mark and Paul were excellent workers. They, tidied up as they went. I would highly recommend them.

An excellent installation of our new garage door. John and Ricardo were punctual, polite, hard working, and fuelled only on tea and biscuits completed the whole job in around 3 hours, including tidying up afterwards, and taking the old door apart and away.
Its as though they had never been there!
We had a full demonstration of the door and remotes before leaving.

Hello, the team arrived bang on time, they left 1 and half hours later, cleaned up and checked, perfect in every way, many thanks.

McKenzie and Nathan were professional throughout the whole installation. They talked us through what they were doing, checked that the details they had were correct, and made the whole experience stress free. They both ensured that the site was kept tidy throughout the whole process. The quality of workmanship is to a high standard and they were informative and patient when showing us how to use the door after the insulation was complete.

I had a problem with a lock on the veranda door fitted by Crocodile last year : the key would turn in the barrel but couldn’t be pulled out.

It meant when we went out we would have to leave the door unlocked - not that we are in a high crime area, more for peace of mind.

I called Crocodile Verandas on Tuesday, they called me on Wednesday and fitted me in for a repair on Thursday

The two lads that came were superb - tried it replaced it and hadn’t even finished their coffees.

Mark & Paul showed up on time explained everything before starting. They worked and kept us informed about how things were going and answered our questions along the way. Left the work site clean when done and were a pleasure to meet. Job exceeded our expectations.

From the arrival of the materials and throughout the construction of our glass veranda, Chris and Jake carried out the fitting with the upmost care and attention. Discussed with us at various times how it was progressing.
They were courteous and quiet throughout, punctual and tidy.
We are overjoyed with our veranda and already have benefitted from the extension to our garden. It enables us to sit outside whatever the weather and enjoy the view.
The product is excellent quality as described.

Asked for a quote and was given an order.i did not want this as too expensive. However they went ahead and refused to cancel.

I would never trust that company again.
I was pushed into signing quotation which I'm now told was an order but a lot of money was taken from my account on 5/8/25 and survey was not done until 6/8/25. Even surveyor knew it was much too expensive for me. At this time garage door was not made to spec and all I wanted was my money back. I also did not appreciate the salesman phoning me at home saying he was going to sue me because he was pushy. I am being polite about this.

From our initial enquiry to the final installation Crocodile have been superb. Sales were very knowledgeable, surveying were extremely thorough and the installers Chris and Jake went that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Our Garden Room looks fantastic and we have had several enquiries from relatives and neighbours already. Five star service from start to finish. Graham Pell, Barnsley.
