All through the process they’ve been very helpful. They made a mistake with one of the measurement’s , so then had to come back 2 weeks later. But Chris and Jake who erected it made the process nice and easy.

Had our new double garage door fitted today by Paul and Paul. Fantastic job, they arrived exactly on time and were literally no maintenance whatsoever, we like to look after tradespeople but they didn't want anything. Confirmed what were having done and then just got on with it without any fuss. 3 hours later, all done and dusted, ran through the procedures, did a demo, cleared up, all good. Everyone we've dealt from sales, survey and a couple of calls with the head office has been great. You can get cheaper but I'm pleased I went with Crocodile and that was based on the reviews and it hasn't been a disappointment. I'm confident we'll have many years of satisfaction with our door and it's transformed the look from outside and given us a bit more space inside as well as looking a lot tidier with the rollup design. Highly recommended.

However good a product is, (and Alligator products ARE), the end result is only as good as the men who come along to fit and finish it. And it doesn't end there!
A pleasant and helpful attitude to the customer is the true 'icing on the cake'. That said, fitters Paul and Paul fulfilled all these requirements - and more! They even loaded my car with the 'left-overs' to be taken to the tip! They were truly 'two P's in a pod', worthy representatives of a great company with a well-manufactured product! So says a happy and satisfied client!

Had a Crocodile garage door fitted last week and I can not commend enough the two fitters that came to fit it (Ricardo & John). They were very professional,polite & civil. They were late coming through no fault of there own & stayed late until they had fitted my 5 star garage door. I highly recommend a Crocodile garage door to anyone who is considering having one.

Initial contact, surveyor all open and explained. Had fitters today, turned up ontime, very friendly, explained all to be done and made sure that is what we wanted. Many thanks to Mark and Paul. Great installation followed up with full explanation of workings.

I'm really pleased with my new garage door supplied by Crocodile. From initial enquiry and survey to installation, the process has been seamless. The fitters (Ricardo & John) arrived 10 minutes early and immediately cracked on with the job. They were polite, tidied up after themselves and thoroughly explained how to use my new garage door. Super pleased with the quality of the door.

Great Customer service from the beginning, highly competitive price. Dave and George turned up bang on time and got on with job straightaway. Took the old door away even though it wasn't on the docket. No fuss and job done in a morning. The door operation was explained clearly and fully. Thoroughly recommend.

The work is to a very high standard and looks great. Everything Alan (sales representative) promised has been done. I was told all the works will be completed with me not having to do anything ,and that is exactly what was done.

The garage door installers (Ricardo & John) did an excellent job of fitting 2 doors for our double garage. They arrived on time, fitted both the doors, cleaned up efficiently and demonstrated how to operate the new doors and all before lunch! The doors look fabulous and we are very pleased with them. Although the product was good and the guys did tidy up, it was not to my usual standards and I think that they could have been a bit more thorough.

We had a new garage door fitted by Mckenzie and Nathan. They were on time and straight to work after explaining what they were going to do. They didn't stop until it was finished. The finish was good and they left it clean and tidy. The whole process was good from Harry the sales guy who explained everything about the product and gave us a good deal. To the in depth survey. There was a bit of a delay with getting a fitting date but that was easily sorted with a quick phone call. Probably won't ever need a new garage door again but if I did I would use Crocodile again.
